Adam has been brilliant during the time we have used Bluebird for the care of my Father. He has always been really happy to give us advice. He is very approachable and honest which really helps when you are navigating arranging care. Thanks Adam and all the lovely carers at Bluebird.

I wondered how this was going to play out, but I needn't have worried. On both mornings my father's carers arrived on time. They treated him with dignity as they spruced him up nicely. We were then able to enjoy the day's activities happy in the knowledge that Dad's care needs had been attended to

Since our daughter has had her medical treatment given to her by Bluebird Care, she is a lot happier, gets excited when staff arrive, who all make her feel very special, as parents we feel far less stressed. Ever since we have been introduced to Bluebird care, we have found them all very professional, very knowledgeable, kind and supportive to our daughter's complex special needs and treatment. Would highly recommend Bluebird Care.

Bluebird Care have been fantastic since they started. Their nurse ensures my PEG site is well cared for and the staff are very knowledgable and competent in their role. I am extremely happy with Bluebird Care.

The first time they come I felt very comfortable and everyone that comes makes me feel comfortable and treats me with dignity. They are always very professional in their work and go above and beyond in taking care of me and any housework that needs doing.

Without the help of Bluebird Care we would never have been able to get my husband out of hospital at very short notice for his last few days. One staff member in particular and the team were Brilliant at providing an emergency live in carer at very short notice. And what a lovely carer she was, although very sadly my husband died some 7 hours after she arrived. He was so delighted to meet her, and she really loved the short time with us. I could not recommend them highly enough for being so professional in such difficult circumstances.

So disappointed. I dont quite know what went wrong with the standard of care but messages didnt seem to get through from me, to management, to staff, leaving my mums care less than satisfactory, even risky. I had to change provider after trying to make it work over many months Premium cost but poor service, though the friendliness of care staff was very good, mostly. Disappointed.

My fathers needs were time Sensitive and bluebird did everything physically possible to accommodate his needs. I will be forever grateful for the service they provided in his final years. Well managed, conciderate and genuinely cared for their clients.

Bluebird Agency have provided very good care for my husband who has MND. The carers adhere to all his personal care and also converse with him in a professional and friendly way. The office staff are always helpful with any questions I have and the new RGN clinical lead is also professional, very helpful and very informative. A good sense of humour is also helpful in our situation.

My sister has been under the care of Bluebird for 2 years now and I cannot express how much of a positive impact this care company and their staff have had on her whilst she has been going through some very difficult times. The staff are all so kind, compassionate and genuinely caring and liase very well with our family. Cannot fault them at all. Thankyou to all the staff at Bluebird for your constant care and commitment. We as a family are extremely grateful for all the time and dedication put towards my sisters care. 100% recommend!

Our 16-year-old son's carer has been with us for nearly a year now. As our son is severely disabled, he is deaf/blind, wheelchair-bound, has severe dystonia and is peg fed, we needed someone who would become part of our family. His carer is brilliant with him, he definitely knows when she arrives, they have a happy, rewarding time together. She has got to know him so well and meets all his personal, medical and emotional needs. We would not manage ourselves without her and she has become part of our family. She is a happy, funny lady who we have all bonded with.

Our experience of the care offered by the team has been excellent, Dad had Alzheimer's was bed-bound and double incontinent and sometimes would resist care, the girls had a tremendous amount of patience and care and brought the best out in Dad I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them.

All the carers are excellent. When the times are changed, could the staff let us know? (Where possible). They do sometimes but by no means always. It really would be helpful if they could.

Our experience with Bluebird goes back many years and the support and care we have received over that time has always been of a very high standard. Our situation recently changed quite suddenly and we needed a much higher level of care quite urgently. The support from Bluebird has been excellent as they worked quickly with us to find a solution for our new circumstances. They listened to our wishes and helped us problem solve, coming up with various solutions that we have been able to try in order to find what works best. As a family we feel that our wishes have been listened to and we have been treated with compassion and understanding. All queries have been responded to promptly - with great patience - and any concerns have been followed up and dealt with quickly. We are very grateful for all the help and support.

Friendly and reliable team. Proactive and supportive of family and client. Trust all the staff I have met. Admin/management staff in contact regularly to check on the suitability of care package and discuss any issues.
