The carers are very kind.

Worried at the start of service but after a few visits, my fear of change went away and apart from a handful of times, all visits have been excellent. Two or three missed visits, only a couple of late visits and a hurt leg due to a carer getting my leg caught!

Carers seem genuinely concerned for the welfare of my friend and do a good job in the limited time they are allocated. Unfortunately, they seem to have very little time to get between jobs especially during the horrendous traffic jams around Wokingham in recent months.

Very nice people. Carers helpful who do their job right and always there when needed. Very happy with the service.

I am very satisfied with all the carers I have. They do everything I ask them to do such as hoover and washing. The meals are always prepared satisfactorily. I can recommend them.

The carers come for my grandmother. They have been coming here for nearly two years now. They are super and excellent. They are very cheerful and caring. It's a gold star for them.

All carers are super, polite and helpful. Two carers in particular are super ambassadors for your company. Both these ladies have taken the time to meet the rest of the family, who also are very impressed with the level of care.

I have received very kind and helpful assistance from the carers. They will always do everything I ask them to. The carers also feed the dog and are very understanding of his requirements. I have no reason to complain about anything.

My living carer is very good, she's got into my routine she knows exactly what I want, she knows what time I like to eat, she heats up meals for me because I get special meals delivered. She knows my condition very well and she's fully trained. We get on very well, she doesn't fuss either.

Good, caring service from initial setting up by management of care programme to actual care of my father.
All members of this company that I came into contact with were professional and I would recommend this company to anyone.
