When I met with the manager for the first time I was impressed with her open and honest attitude to everything as we discussed cared going into my fathers home to support him. Although the manager clearly had much more experience in this than me, she was patient, empathetic and really listened to
me. I met a few of the carers themselves and was impressed with them, their attitude, knowledge and experience and it was clear they were dedicated to what they do. Couldn't fault anything!
