We have had a fantastic experience with Elevation - I feel very safe leaving my non-verbal daughter with her regular carers and can tell by her responses to them that she really enjoys being with them.

My brother's needs have recently changed after a fall resulting in a broken hip. The staff have had to adapt to support his change of needs and care. The service has changed the hours of support for my brother and a wider team has been introduced and they are excellent.
