My father receives care from Newmark and we as a family, couldn’t be any happier.
The level of care he requires, varies day to day. No matter his requirements, the carers always ensure he has everything he needs. Should that only be a cup of tea, a spot of breakfast and a chat, they always carry
out what is asked of them, with total professionalism, courtesy and most importantly, care.
Our Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad are very precious to us, we visit every day and ensure he has everything he needs. However, we all work or go to school. So the daytime can be difficult. It would only be natural to worry about his welfare, particularly in the morning. Newmark allay all those concerns, they ensure he has a good start to the day, however he feels.
All you can ask of a care provider, is compassion, flexibility, respect for their client and consideration. Newmark tick every box and more. We trust them with our oldest family member, that’s not something you offer to just anyone.

I have been using this company for the past 3 years. I had to leave my job as an NHS manager after suffering from a stroke that subsequently led me to have reduced mobility and mental health problems. The support I received from Newmark has been outstanding, the girls come in with a smile on their
faces, and they are very professional and patient with me. If I ever had an issue regarding the staff or timekeeping, the management try their best to resolve it.
I have been accompanied to hospital appointments and the girls in the office go above and beyond to accommodate it. A couple of times, they forgot to assign staff for my hospital appointments however they managed to find me the staff at the last minute. Thank you Newmark Care Ltd for all the support you have provided me.
