I cannot thank the manager enough for her knowledge, patience and understanding in dealing with Mum who has dementia. Together with her excellent team of ladies, have often gone above and beyond to help Mum when difficulties arise, which in turn, as a family, gives us peace of mind to know that
whatever problems crop up, will be dealt with, with the minimum of fuss and that mum will be cared for and well looked after.
