My mother has received home care visits by Caring Hearts & Hands for a few years now. The carers are kind, professional, reliable and practical with abundant common sense. The care staff are wonderful. The office staff are equally professional, reliable, send accurate invoices and always available
on the phone (with out of hours number available too). They always help with requests and go the extra mile to help out. They have a main carer allocated to my mum and send the same carers to Mum on other days so that the faces are familiar. My mum has dementia and not always easy to look after but the carers are wonderful with her. Although Mum has dementia, she even remembers the main carer's name which is quite exceptional as she only remembers names of people that are special to her. Mum also always tells us that the carers are always very kind. I would highly recommend this care company.
