Cera is always happy to help me. I have MS and I am in a wheelchair. Life is challenging but the Carers are always happy to help me. I would be really in trouble if I did not receive help from Cera. I am extremely grateful to them every day. If I have any concerns or problems I can always email or
telephone Cera they are quick to respond and always pleasant to me. The Carers work hard to make sure clients needs are met they are always chatty, professional and a pleasure to have. I would certainly recommend Cera as a Care Company.
