Worst care company I've ever dealt with. My dad has dementia and needs full-time support, but the carers spend very little time actually caring for him. Visits are rushed, meals are poor (often just dry sandwiches), and food we buy goes to waste. Basic safety and hygiene are repeatedly ignored -
windows left open all winter, heaters left running for days, dirty bathrooms left uncleaned, and appliances used incorrectly, creating fire and health risks.
They rarely engage with him socially, sometimes ignore him while on their phones, and won't assist with simple things like his TV. Personal care is neglected, his clothes are mishandled, and household tasks are left unfinished. When we've raised concerns with management, we've received rude and unhelpful responses.
We worry about vulnerable people without family support, as the standard of care we've experienced feels neglectful and unsafe. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Llyon Health provide a care service for my autistic son and take him out at the weekend to do activities he enjoys. This gives me a few hours off which I really enjoy. My son has got on really well with the staff and he enjoys going out with them. They are open to doing whatever activities he wants
to do and so far have been for walks, cycling, 10-pin bowling and trampolining. I am happy to recommend their service.

My daughter absolutely enjoys going out with her carer I feel very confident she is safe at all times. They are very professional in what they do and I'm very happy with the service they provide, also very reliable.

I have been with Llyon Health Ltd for a number of years. In all this time, I have never had any major issues, and any issues that were raised were met openly and rectified quickly and courteously. During September I needed to contact Llyon Health Ltd, regarding a private health matter. One of the
managers was there ready, willing and very able to help me. I was also contacted a few days later to check that I was ok. I have one regular carer, she has been and is such a blessing. She is funny, chatty, and excellent at her job and I would never think of changing her or my care company ever.

I have been very happy with the staff from Llyon Health Care. They are hardworking, kind and courteous at all times. They are prompt and there have only been a few late occasions due to transport problems or difficulties with other clients. Overall I am happy with the quality of the care and
consideration given to me.

Having been under four different agencies over the years, I started Llyon Health when I moved to the area and have been very impressed with the service. I have the same carer consistently who is attentive and kind and works with me depending on my health on the day. They also work with me around my
work timings which is hugely important to me.
