Sadly I recently lost a dear friend of 87 who, as the result of a fall causing severe spinal injury and consequential total loss of mobility, was totally dependent on the outstanding care of the Quality Care Resourcing team for three years and five months. Their care, reliability, respectful
kindness and thoughtfulness for her were faultless and beyond compare. Her food was always presented to her appetisingly, her laundry was done and minor household chores were attended to without fuss - and always with a smile. My praise knows no bounds.
