My wife has been looked after by Blue Angel for around six weeks.
We have found all the carers very friendly and efficient and, indeed, very caring.
We appreciate having some very regular carers, for the contimuity and building a relationship.
We have found the admin side of Blue Angel very
efficient and helpful, and friendly.
Although my wife only needs Blue Angel for personal care I apppreciate how much they are ready to take on: domestic care, medication supervision, taking clients shopping, doing cleaning, etc.

Blue Angel Care have been caring for my husband's parents for approx 2 months and to date the experience has been very positive. Our client manager is well organised and responsive to our extra requests. The care team who visit the house are professional, well presented and friendly. They have
settled with the care team immediately and they have been invaluable to my family. It takes time to get into a routine that suits everyone but the care team are adaptable and receptive to feedback. Personal care and domestic care is completed to a high standard.

I have been with blue angels since June and they have been amazing with me. Every single carer I have met have all been so lovely and have made me feel so comfortable, the office staff have been so supportive. They have done everything to make sure I'm getting the right help and care I need. I was
very nervous to start with them especially with my age and my care needs but I was reassured straight away and everyone has been so understanding and respectful. When I have carers I can always talk to them about anything and I never been judged. The times I don't have my carers I can always call into the office and they have all been so lovely and are happy to help.

We have only been with Blue Angel for a few months, but so far I have been very impressed the staff will go a mile to help your needs, my son struggles with new people so the staff has responded with a carer that my son gets on really well with, she will chat and sit with him.
The carer is on time

I would like to say a big thank you to Blue Angel for their professionalism, attention to detail, kindness and care. Blue Angel stepped in really very quickly once we realised mum needed help when she came out of hospital. They have been great at adapting to our changing situation as mum improved
helping her to be independent.
The reassuring thing for us is that, if needed in the future, they will be able to help straight away.
My mum had the same carers throughout the week which gave continuity, and she found it easy to interact with them on a personal level.
We have found them very happy to help, advise and listen to mums individual situation. In addition, from my point of view as I live abroad, I felt very reassured that mum was being looked after well.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Blue Angel.

Despite a few issues along the way I felt that the manager and the team were always supportive and treated my son with kindness, positivity and respect. Because of this, I would go back to Blue Angel, Basingstoke in the future for my son's ongoing care should his needs change.

From the initial enquiry back in January to the present day, Blue Angel Care have always been responsive, polite, friendly and always happy to help. The care workers who come to help my husband three times a week are punctual and always come in with a smile on their face and brighten our day with
their friendliness. They are caring, considerate and respectful in every way. Sometimes, I have occasion to telephone our care co-ordinator to rearrange a visit or request a longer visit. My requests are always dealt with promptly and efficiently, thus allowing me to enjoy a few hours of respite to play golf or spend time with girlfriends. We are very thankful to have Blue Angel Care in our lives.

My Mum has recently started to receive care from Blue Angels. The process of discussing what was needed was really easy and it was great that a member of the team met Mum whilst she was still in hospital so that everyone knew what was going to be put in place. Since returning home Blue Angels have
been brilliant with Mum making her feel very comfortable and reassured. As I no longer live in the UK it is reassuring to me that Mum will be looked after and cared for by the Blue Angels team.

My brother has really benefited from the care and support offered by his male support worker. He likes to be physically challenged and having a male counterpart has helped settle him.he looks forward to the sessions each week.

The setting up of a care package for my mother was extremely thorough. We had a meeting at the hospital and in Mum's home, and met her carer in advance of the first visit. Everything was covered with many helpful suggestions of things we needed to organise or which would improve Mum's situation at
home. Sadly, Mum was soon unwell and had to go back to hospital, but she was looked after amazingly by her carer while we waited for an ambulance. I have been extremely grateful for their support and help with Mum.

All the carers are very caring and friendly. They really care about client needs. They very kind to me when I was feeling upset with the situation.
We are very sorry that funding stopped and we had to go to another provider. I know my partner will miss them all, carers were so good to him.

It's early days, but so far so good. We are really pleased with the care provided by Blue Angel staff. Everyone is respectful and well-mannered. Polite and punctual. We feel listened to and know that we are able to make contact at any time. We are very happy with the service we have received so far.

I am pleased to have Blue Angel Care in my support. My carers are kind, helpful and experienced. They help me with showers and with morning routines. They are usually on time. I can contact my key worker and all office staff when needed.

The carers, who come regularly every morning to get me out of bed and help me to wash and dress, ready to face the day, are all lovely. They are always friendly, cheerful and respectful. They always check where I need help and let me get on with things where I can, I do value their respect for my
independence.
My only complaint and it's only a small one, is the time changes on the rota. It would be good to get a text message telling me the time of the carer's arrival has been moved backwards/ forwards! Having said that I am very aware of how difficult it is to juggle rotas along with holidays and sickness.

When I came home from hospital, in January, it was most important that the timings of my calls were always at the same time each day as I was allowed up for a very limited time as I had had an operation to heal a pressure sore. Later I was allowed up for longer but it was most important that the
call times were kept to.
The training and development officer and care assistant were fantastic, they kept to the prearranged call times exactly, they kept to the same group of carers so that the calls always went smoothly. I can't praise them enough. They ensured that a very stressful time was as stress-free as possible.

The carers provided are always polite and visit on time. We have a regular carer now and my wife looks forward to their visits as you would that of a close friend or member of the family. They always manage to lift her spirit and mood which is fantastic and rubs off onto me. It is like a breath of

I have been with blue angels since June and they have been amazing with me. Every single carer I have met have all been so lovely and have made me feel so comfortable, the office staff have been so supportive. They have done everything to make sure I'm getting the right help and care I need. I was
