All carers very friendly and always willing to do anything I ask. Cannot praise the help I get with everything enough, always on times and nearly aways smiling.

The team at Liberty Care initially supported my mother after she broke her femur. Whilst she recovered very well from this, my mother started to show increasing signs of dementia. In addition, her breast cancer returned, responding well to treatment for a year before the treatment stopped working. At this time my father also became very unwell, resulting in my parents needing live in care. Whilst my father recovered, after a few months, my mother died. Throughout this time, when my parents' needs changed so frequently, the team at Liberty Care flexed to support us as a family. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the care we needed whilst remaining cheerful and good company. I can say in total honestly that, as an entire family, we could not have managed without them.

Our dad had terminal cancer and had taken a turn for the worse. We needed to get a home care company to care for our dad. We couldn't have given our dad a better end of life in view of care. Our dad loved all of the carers. Their care is so heartwarming to see. The carers became a friendly face to our dad each day and night. I wish I could give Liberty more than 5 stars. For anyone who wants first-class care for their loved ones, Liberty is that care company. The carers are so friendly and so professional they put our dad at ease during his care. If our dad was still alive he would have given Liberty 5 stars. Thank you to you all at Liberty.

In the six months that I have received daily care, I have been impressed by the level of care given and by each carer, their bright and cheerful attitudes, the ability to converse and their general demeanour are refreshing. I look forward to their caring each day.

I have been impressed with all the care staff who come to look after my husband. I am confident that he feels secure and safe while in their care which gives me peace of mind. The staff are competent to carry out small tasks as necessary and do their best to keep my husband interested and occupied. Occasionally the care staff have noticed a small health issue which I may not have been aware of which is reassuring.

We have been using Liberty Private Care for a few months now, and I would highly recommend them. They are patient, caring and responsive to all you ask of them. The carers are kind and thoughtful, and the management is always there to help.

Very caring and considerate carers. Always professional and courteous. Highly recommended! Rosters are provided the week before, which makes planning easy. The manager/supervisor is extremely good at her job!

I am pleased with the care they provided for my father-in-law every morning since his 6th stroke. All staff are friendly and kind to them both. Maybe they could help my mum by emptying the dishwasher or helping her put laundry on the line.

Excellent service. Professional and compassionate. Very flexible and accommodating in their response to a rapidly changing situation for my mother. Also very trustworthy with efficient communication throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending Liberty Private Care to others.

We have been receiving Liberty Care since August 2021 and are extremely happy with the service provided: responsive and caring. In my opinion, the regular carers my mother has, go above and beyond what one would expect from a carer.

I was very impressed with the Branch Manager and client support who came to discuss my father's needs. Both were very informative, not only about the services Liberty Private Care could provide but also knowledgeable, sharing experiences to help us manage expectations of my father's condition, and future plans for nursing home care. I feel that Liberty are there for us as a unit, not merely to meet my father's personal care needs. Communication with the office has been easy and emails always receive a timely reply. Dad's carer is cheery, confident, relaxed and self-motivated. In my mother's words, "If she sees something needs doing, she does it". Personally, I am confident knowing that dad is in capable hands and that Mum is also supported. Liberty PC are not the cheapest service but the quality and support exceed what we've found elsewhere. To misquote the M&S advert, "This isn't just caring. This is Liberty Private Care'. That sums it up!

Living away from our relative we felt very reassured that they were very well cared for. The staff were always available when needed and nothing was too much trouble.

We have found all the carers supplied to have been cheerful, kind and considerate. Extremely helpful and no job is too much. We enjoy their company and competence.
