The family would like to thank all the staff at Limitless for their care, understanding and patience. They treat my father in law with the dignity and kindness he deserves. Just the fact that they have shown an interest in him and his life makes all the difference, often joining in his singing and listening to him reminisce can make his day! We would also like to say thankyou to the office staff, who always remember who you are and have time for a quick chat, which is so nice .

We want to express our sincere thanks to the team at Limitless for the outstanding care provided to our mum and dad, both living with dementia. The carers consistently show a kind and respectful attitude, treating our parents with dignity, patience, and understanding, which is so important given their needs. All tasks are completed thoroughly and with great care. Whether it's personal care, daily routines, or simply spending time with them, everything is done with compassion and professionalism. Timekeeping is essential, especially when caring for people with dementia, and we are very grateful that the carers are always punctual and reliable. Knowing they arrive on time and make full use of each visit gives us real peace of mind. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the service from Limitless. I am 85 years old and am paraplegic I have been receiving care twice a day for two and a half years. Limitless provides a very appropriate care plan which the carers adhere to. The plan has been adapted as my needs change. The carers know us and our needs very well. They are extremely competent in all aspects of care. They treat me with dignity and always monitor changes in my condition. Carers come at an appropriate time for my needs. If I have to change that time for any reason, including providing emergency overnight care, Limitless always responds readily. If I need to contact the Limitless office they are always friendly and helpful. Overall we are very happy with the quality of care provided by Limitleess. It makes life so much better for me and my wife.

Service was provided to one member of my family and when the time came to also implement care for for my mum they were helpful, adaptable and flexible. It has taken some time to build a consistent team but the office have listened to feedback and made changes where necessary. The staff team are kind and caring and they have fitted in really well to our family life. Although I still spend a lot of time with my loved ones, the staff team have brought me a peace of mind when i am not around

I am happy with the service provided to my cousin. The carers are always polite and caring. Any requests made are always complied with and messages are left to inform me of any problems they have found.
