The Carers are patient, understanding and respectful. Considering my Mum has Frontotemporal Dementia (Behaviour type), which is challenging and complex. The Carers arrive on time. Thank you for their time in providing care for Mum, as this has helped ease the pressure on us and have peace of mind.

I love having cherish care as my care workers they are kind considerate of my feelings do a marvelous job I look forward to having them coming to me each and every time they acknowledge my daughters my grandchildren who are a big part of my life and is nice to have carers that care I would

The carers are polite and respectful and they have improved at communicating lateness. We would like to see engagement like reading or other activities outside tutorials. Staff spend less time on their hand phone input care at end or towards the end of session if possible.

Thank you so much for coming yesterday to my mum's funeral was Lovely to see you both we couldn't have done without your support the last year all the carers treated mum with respect and kindness and also gave my dad a rest when mum was being treated at home from all of the family a big thank you.

Outstanding care for my parents . Care was arranged promptly and professionally . My parents' wishes were respected and care was altered as their needs changed . We would most definitely use again in the future and would recommend to others .

Cherish have been providing care 4 times per day since the 14th of March, for My 97 years old ,step Father,initially the Manager attended to arrange the plan along with the two allocated support workers,as it was urgent care, due to a fall. The carer's have been wonderful , supportive and
attentive to His needs even feeding His cat,in My absence.The Managment took time to note his needs,likes,dislikes etc and everything has gone smoothly,despite Him never having needed any support before His fall, they have suported with personal care,dressing washing,assusting to and from bed,and even with meals. we were in crisis prior to there coming,as I had just came out of Hospital with a fractured back. He is improving daily with their support,and also wishes to express His satisfaction with the service He has been recieving these past ten days.

We have Cherish carers twice a day, morning and evening, seven days a week. They're always on time and are kind caring and professional. My husband is bed bound and even though I am at home with him and carry out the bulk of his care I find it extremely useful having someone to carry out personal
care at the beginning and end of each day. I have no hesitation in recommending them

I find that the management listen and action any concerns/questions I may have. Their service was second to none when I could not reach my father-in-law by phone. They attended, found him on the floor, comforted him, stayed with him until taken to hospital. If it wasn't for them checking on him for
me, he could have been on the floor for a long period as he was discharged from hospital without us being informed! All carers are friendly and treat him with respect.

Cherish Social Care have been caring for my father in law for almost 2 years. We had care from other care companys but have never seen such exceptional care as that given by every employee from Cherish. They are punctual and if for any reason they may be running late due to unforeseen issues, then
they always communicate with me to keep me informed. The personal care they give is amazing - full bed bath and clean shaven daily. Teeth are brushed at least twice daily. They have shown to be knowledgeable regarding issues such as pressure area care and catheter care. They always treat my father in law with dignity and respect. They are empathetic and in particular with a busy house and young child, they have adapted so well to fit in to the whole family. We struggled with previous care companies as we have a dog - cherish have been very conscientious about keeping the dog secure at all times. Highly recommend cherish social care to care for your loved ones.

The service provided has been great, with the carers being proactive and patient. I have observed the efficiency and the manner the carers have treated my child with patience and shown kindness.
Most importantly, I have peace of mind with all the carers and the company.

I could not fault the care provided to my father following his discharge from hospital after his emergency hip replacement.
All 4 daily calls were all scheduled at the same time each day. There was never a missed call.
He was provided with continuity of care, all carers were respectful and
respected my fathers dignity. All 3 carers were amazing as well as the managers in the office. I would like thank 3 staff members in particular for looking after my father so well.

Cherish go above and beyond the call of duty. They are always one step ahead of the game and support the whole family not just the patient. They have been caring for my mum for nearly two years and we would be lost without them. Their care and attention to detail is amazing. Each and every staff
member treat my Mum with the dignity and respect she deserves but can no longer respond to. Our world is a better place for Cherish.

This company is totally professional, and discrete and will help in all aspects of your needs. I would highly recommend them. Therefore if someone needs a home carer, they can provide that and their colleagues are trained to deal with all aspects of your own home so no need to have to go into a
home. They will shop, cook meals, and always tidy up.

Very grateful for the excellent care and support Cherish has provided for my Mother. The management and team are very supportive and provide clear information regarding any changes in my Mother's condition. Carers are very attentive and sensitive to my Mother's specific needs.

Cherish has been caring for my grandmother for over 3 years now and we have been so pleased with their care and professionalism. Cherish provides live-in care as well as domiciliary carers 4 times per day for her. They communicate with me regularly and any request is never an issue. The carers they
provide are respectful, and kind and provide a high standard of care to my grandmother. We previously had a bad experience with another company and were nervous when we joined with Cherish. They were able to support us and reassure us that my grandmother was in great hands. Thank you for all that you do.
