I wish to comment on my wonderful care pro's Mani and Hanna today for supporting my husband with so much care and kindness.
I could not have done it without them.

Our mum has received excellent, professional care, love and attention from the regular Care Pros who visited her. They treated our mum with dignity and kindness, always making time for a chat or a sing song. The Care Pros have adapted the care as mum's needs have changed recently. All the Care Pros
have treated us, as her family, with respect and kindness.
I would highly recommend Home Instead as a care service. The team have always been helpful and supportive.

Mum's experience of having care at home continues to be a joy both for her and her 3 daughters. We have used Home Instead since April 2024 and the girls have adapted their care as Mums needs have changed. All the girls are very kind, understanding and always aim to give mum the time she needs. They
make every effort to understand and get to know what helps and what Mum likes. They report any concerns or changes which can be see straight after the visit on the app. This is very reassuring to her family.
Communication via the office is alway prompt and supportive for all of us.
All this enables mum to remain safe in her chosen place of care at home.
I am always recommending Home Instead to others.Thank you

The Home Instead Dartford team were absolutely outstanding in the care they gave to our lovely mother, who passed away in October. Their compassionate and professional approach enabled us to safely care for her at home, despite the emotional and physical difficulties attached to the changing needs
of a patient with advanced dementia.
The team supported us as a family, working with us, without judgement, at every step. The relief of knowing she was being cared for by people we could trust to look after her with patience and kindness was a huge burden lifted.
We sought support at a very difficult time and found Home Instead via the recommendation of a friend. Based on our experience, I also have no hesitation in recommending them.
To all at Home Instead Dartford - from the management team to the care providers who were all wonderful - thank you.

It was with some reluctance that I admitted I needed help, a decision I do not regret.
I lay in bed in the morning, waiting for a cheery greeting and being allowed to do what personal care I can manage and with dignity. My morning waits for that cheery voice I would miss. The carers are thoughtful
of my needs and now would hate not to have them. Thank you to all of you.

My sister and I can't thank Home Instead enough for the help and support they have given to our Dad.
His visitor Diane has been exceptional with the company she has provided, her help with household and garden tasks and taking Dad out for visits to garden centres, cafes and shops. Dianes reports of
her visits to Dad are very comprehensive and informative, and a great help to us.
Home Instead have also been very flexible in arranging additional visits when required.

Home Instead have provided an exemplary service to both my Mum and to me, providing increasing care and support as her health deteriorated. As well as being committed, kind, friendly and caring to Mum, they have been proactive in contacting other care professionals, collecting medication etc to
ease the burden on me. The office did all they could to enable Mum to have a team of 4 carers that she could trust and know her needs, and this made a huge difference to her. The communication was faultless and the whole team are so professional and supportive.
I am so grateful for the excellent care they gave Mum and would 100% recommend them to anyone else seeking home care.

I cannot fault this company, since my sister in law started to have them come in daily for 2 hours a week, they have been excellent with her care, and she looks forward to their visits. They have taken her to appointments we just can't make, which has taken the strain off of us immensely. I cannot
recommend this company enough.

I had a fantastic experience with Homeinstead. They really care about their clients making sure they are matched perfectly to the clients needs. I had full 24 hour care for 6
Days. My husbands carer arrived on time and gave my husband the very best care. She left at the end leaving my home tidy
and clean and husband content. This is the second time i have used Homeinstead and i will definitely use them again. To be able to have a break from my role as carer for my husband is a true gift for which i am extremely grateful.

It's a big decision choosing care for a loved one, but the team are hugely competent and caring and we were hugely reassured right from the start. Mum has had a consistent team visiting her who have all been amazing. They supported her (and me!) during my Dad's final months and were just brilliant
helping her start to negotiate being on her own. As well as expert practical support they provided great company and gentle encouragement to get out of the house. I have been so grateful for the notes on the app - makes it really easy to keep an eye on things during the working week and keep track of appointments and any concerns etc. Thank you so much !

Mum's care professional couldn't have been better, she was incredibly well matched to mum's requirements and went above and beyond our expectations in providing companionship as well as getting domestic chores done quickly and without any fuss. Her visits lifted my mum's mood and gave her fresh
conversation, which was exactly what was needed. We've only stopped the service at the moment because of changes at home, but if circumstances permit, we will not hesitate to return. On a few occasions when Mum's regular care professional was unavailable, a different care professional attended and also provided an excellent service.

The care and support that has been provided for my mum has been outstanding. The assessment process was rigorous and ensured that the care professionals looking after my mum were carefully selected to meet her needs and interests. The follow-up and support have been excellent.
This has been a very
difficult time for my mum and for our family. However, the kindness, care, attention to small details and the relationships and trust that the care professionals have built with my mum have made a huge difference to us all.
I highly recommend this care provider.

All the carers that look after my Mum are excellent. We have one member of staff who my Mum likes as she is very kind and caring towards her. She does one weekend in four and we have a different carer at the weekends as her normal lady doesn't do. Those other carers are also very good and respectful
towards her.

We have been extremely happy with the care provided to Mum. Mum has an excellent relationship with her carer who really goes the extra mile. Mum looks forward to the visits and always says how lovely the carer is. The app is a brilliant way of keeping us informed and the office staff are wonderful
and alert immediately us to any concerns there might be with Mum. Phone calls and emails are always answered promptly.
It’s reassuring when not living locally, I can’t be there every day to know that Mum is being well looked after and supported with her Alzheimer’s. We are very grateful for the support Home Instead gives.

After my husband had his stroke and the set weeks from the NHS carers we were recommended to Home Instead (Dartford). The carers that have come every week from the 1st of June have been a ray of sunshine, supporting both of us, especially my husband encouraging him in speech, walking and in
exercises and some household chores.

Home Instead - Dartford has been caring for our mum for the last few years. All of the carers go above and beyond to ensure Mum feels safe and comfortable. We are always altered to any issues immediately which gives us the peace of mind to know she is being looked after.
