Ashwell's have been incredibly supportive to us. I live in the USA and I am my mother's only child. Ashwell's are a lifeline that allows Mum to stay in her home and get the care that she needs. They have gone out of their way to accommodate short notice trips to outpatient care, spending hours getting Mum to and from her appointments. They keep me informed throughout and Mum is very comfortable with all the staff. The staff I have met are knowledgeable, caring, empathetic and responsive. Thank you!

An excellent service provider. A great team of carers who have built a solid relationship with my father. The admin team are responsive and helpful. Overall we are really pleased with Ashwell, they have enabled my father to maintain his independence with confidence.

My father needed home care after a hospital admission in June. Ashwell Home Care Services came very highly recommended and fortunately had capacity to take my father on. Sandy came to visit my father and we went through his pertinent history, likes and dislikes and what would be provided as well as informing us of costs involved in dad's care. Right from the outset the carers were introduced to dad and the team that were to be involved with him remained stable so that he recognised them each day. His daily routine remained the same which was imperative as his memory was failing. Sadly he sustained several falls in the period between the carers visits and this necessitated him going into care in November. Had he not had falls we would very happily had the confidence for Ashwell to have continued providing their excellent care for dad. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who was in the same position as my father, and would advise the use of their app- brilliant

I cannot fault the care I receive from all the carers who attend me. They are attentive to my requests. They are all friendly and are good company. I consider that I am lucky to have such good carers.

From day one, Ashwell Homecare Services, have been fabulous, so professional and easy to deal with. They have accommodated my mum's needs amazingly and the carers have been so good and patient with her as she can be very tricky. Mum really looks forward to their visits and loves them all. The app is really good and easy to use and keeps me up to date which is very reassuring. Thank you so much!

The carers we have from Ashwell for our mother are great with her. They are very patient and caring, and a godsend for us, to know she is being looked after when we can't be there for her. She especially enjoys her days out very much.

I feel very fortunate to have found Ashwell Homecare Services. From first contact my family have felt very well supported, my Dad has established great relationships with his carers thanks to the management team listening to him and understanding his needs and also his personality. The level of care is excellent, reliable and genuinely compassionate, the team get in touch with me if they have any concerns and go out of their way to support my Dad when unexpected things happen and he needs additional help. The app works really well, I feel very reassured by being able to check how things have gone after a visit without needing to make a phone call. Thank you again, everyone at Ashwell, for everything you do!

Ashwells have been absolutely amazing! I can't fault them. The Quality Care Manager and the team go above and beyond to meet my mums needs. They act quickly and adapt to the ever changing needs of my mum. Constantly working closely and flexibly with me to help and change what needs to happen, this has been fantastic. Communication is absolutely brilliant, from emails, the app and phone calls making sure my mum is safe and cared for. All the carers that go in and spend time with my mum are so lovely, they again go above and beyond to help and support my mum. They are all so caring and kind and my mum loves spending time with them. They look after the big things but also the little things to make my Mums life easier and less scary whilst living with Alzheimer's. I don't know what I would have done without Ashwells over the last few months, I honestly can't thanks them enough for everything they do. I highly recommend if you are looking for care for a loved one, they will give you peace of mind.

From the moment I contacted Ashwell Homecare Services, they gave me great confidence as they were so professional and easy to speak to. We went through the proposed needs for my mum and they accommodated these amazingly The Carers have been so good and have been very engaging with Mum. They are compassionate and nothing is too much trouble for them. She is much better from having their care visits, it's made the world of difference to her. Having the portal to log into and access has been great, the carers are very diligent in logging information of their visits and are very caring. I am able to find constant reassurance with the knowledge from each care visit that Mum is well and happy. All of her care needs are consistently well managed, Mum looks forward to their visits. The management team are just great, they are so helpful and supportive, they keep me updated with any concerns that might arise with Mum. I cannot thank them enough for what they have and are doing for Mum

My 91 year old wheelchair bound mother manages to live independently still with 4 daily visits from Ashwell. She has tried other care companies, but none of them lived up to her high standards. Ashwell stands out from the rest in providing professional, reliable care with continuity. They are a care provider who does truly care. Their communication is excellent and it gives me the peace of mind that my mother is being well looked after by people who do genuinely care about her.

Our experience with Ashwell has been outstanding, they really do set the 'gold standard' for care. My 91 year old mother has two care visits each day. The Carers are not only professional and efficient but friendly and add personal value to their interactions with my mother. In particular I would like to highlight the comprehensive notes I get for each visit. They are really valuable in keeping me up to date and also giving a longitudinal view of progress. In addition to this routine communication Ashwell are excellent dealing with specific requests and information, not only getting things done but making me feel a part of the process and reassuring me when that is needed.

My 95 year old mother has had twice daily visits from Ashwell since Dec 2023 & I don't know what we'd do without their help! My mother has support for lunch, daily visits to the shops, hairdressers, doctors, etc and personal needs such as hair washing, checking her hearing aids & eyesight daily, and returning to prepare for the evening time. The carers are always reliable, polite & professional in both a personal & clinical way- she has not even had so much as a cold during their care, so their cross infection control has been 100% even during these high risk times. All her care needs are consistently well managed & my mother is always looking forward to their visits. Everyone is accommodating to our various requests; excellent notes at each visit that reassure me especially as I live away. Communication is fantastic. I feel like I have a hotline to the care quality manager, who is simply wonderful and always there for our many requests and always goes above & beyond to help us. 10/10

i have been with Ashwell Homecare Services for 3 years now, they are kind and understanding. Always feel happy to contact them with any issues if need be. Carers are always polite and considerate, diligent to see any issues before they arise.

I was nervous about getting carers coming in to help my Dad and support my Mum, but Ashwell were recommended to me by a trusted friend and they have been fabulous. The owners are very hands on and involved, in fact both of them have been out and sat on our sofa! Communication is excellent and there is a friendliness, warmth and care and compassion which runs from the owners through all staff. Mum and Dad are valued, respected and treated as friends as well as clients. The physical care and assistance is very well done, but it is the friendly and caring way it's done which makes Ashwell stand out. And while Dad benefits from the physical care, Mum loves her chats with each of the carers, who always do have time for a chat. Didn't realise what an important part of the care that was but I do now. And the app they use gives me reassurance and information even when I'm away which gives me huge peace of mind. Would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking support and care. Outstanding

The staff at Ashwell are truly remarkable. From first contact, when we had a visit to discuss needs, to our first visit earlier this year and now weekly visits, they have been lovely people to interact with. We have a lady who does Mum's shower each week and she is so good, gentle, caring, respectful. Of course, she can't always come if on holiday or unwell and the other ladies who have come have also been wonderful. It's so heartwarming to see people who love their jobs and are so caring with my mum. I can definitely recommend Ashwell's.

From the first telephone call I made to the care team, all requests and appointments were up to and over expectations. Appointment times were met with punctuality which for someone who works within the service industry is an absolute must and as I know not easy to achieve. From the initial consultation, it was made very clear on my mother's behalf that the care at home would not be a long-term requirement as my mother prides herself on her independence and at 87, a force to be reckoned with. However, this was accepted willingly by the team and gave me more confidence with the flexibility of care. I know that Mum is happy and has already said that when she needs care (if!) she would only be too happy to contact Ashwell Home Care Services again. We wish you all the best for the future. (I actually live in Spain) and Mum is in Malvern and to have updates etc all the time is great. Thank You.

Dealing with the team was very good and carers have been excellent. They have in all cases been kind and considerate. The management has been friendly and introduced any new carers to my wife prior to them starting.

My mother has been having twice weekly visits (since August 2024) by Ashwell Home Care Services to help her put on compression stockings. The carers have all been very good and always leave her comfortable. She also enjoys the social side of the visits especially now she is housebound and has few visitors. She has had a number of different carers but Ashwell makes sure the new carer is introduced to her by someone she has already met. Very pleased with the level of care to date.
