The carers who support our mum and dad have been absolutely wonderful. They treat both of them with kindness, patience and genuine respect, which has made a huge difference to their daily lives.
They are always reliable, professional and take the time to make sure our parents feel comfortable and
cared for.
It has given our whole family real peace of mind knowing they are in such capable and compassionate hands.
I'm truly grateful for the care and dignity they show every day, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for support for their loved ones

Having the wonderful care team look after my mum has alleviated so much stress and pressure.
Initially my mum who is living with dementia, was very resistant to any form of outside help. With the compassion and gentle persistence of the team at Right at Home, they go in daily providing care to my
mum and reassurance to my family.
If the care team have any concerns they don't hesitate to contact me. If we have any concerns they are a call away and can never do enough to accommodate my mum's changing needs.
I would highly recommend Right at Home, they are experienced in caring for people with dementia and ensure that my mum has a small team going in to see her so that she has become familiar with those providing care.

I have found the company very helpful empathetic and pleasant to do business with. They came into my home in a relaxed manner at a time I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed.
The carer they provided is extremely able, friendly and easy to get on with. She will turn her hand to anything I ask and I
can leave the house feeling secure in her competency.

I was impressed from the beginning by the way the company's representative approached us as new clients, especially with my husband, who has early-stage dementia. The arrangements made were carried through. The chosen carer was obviously used to dealing with people and slotted into our routines. She
was punctual, did not waste time and got on very well with my husband, who had rejected the idea of a carer. No complaints whatsoever.

It has been an absolute pleasure over the last seven months, to be able to relax and know that Dad has been receiving the very highest levels of support from Right at Home, whilst caring for mum. Every person I have come into contact with has shown the utmost levels of professionalism, courtesy and
compassion. I cannot express my thanks enough to the entire team for the way they effortlessly deliver an exceptional service and make everyone, me included, feel special and important. They instinctively know how to reassure people that they are in safe hands, and do it in a way that is totally unintrusive. Nothing is too much trouble, everything appears to be possible. I find it extremely difficult to normally provide reviews and feedback. Particularly on websites and various online platforms. But on this occasion I very much feel that it is necessary, to provide a review and offer feedback. When an individual needs to arrange their own care and support services,
it is very important that the individual tries to choose a care provider that they feel is able to deliver the care and support that meets their own needs and requirements. There are a number of different care providers, that offer the same if not very similar services. It can be challenging and also cause an individual anxiety and worry, when trying to choose a care provider. I would highly recommend right at home all of the staff are very friendly and also very helpful. The company delivers a high level of care and support to their clients. Nothing is too much trouble.

We needed to employ carers for 2 hours a day so that mum's live in carer could have a break. Three lovely carers were found very quickly and have been wonderful in supporting mum with her physio exercises and keeping her company. The carers have a rota and mum enjoys having different company on
different days but from carers that she now knows.
Everything runs very smoothly.

From my initial telephone enquiry up to the start of care, arranging respite for my Mum has been a stress-free process. The kindness, empathy and professionalism I experienced was very reassuring and I was able to go on holiday, confident that Mum was being looked after - although I did check the
app a couple of times whilst away!
I found your charges reasonable with none of the hidden add-on's and extra's, that I discovered with other providers but at the end of the day peace of mind is priceless! I would not hesitate to use your services again or recommend you to others, in fact Mum has already mentioned you to a neighbour.

After coming home from Hospital my mum had follow up care provided by others, which overall was very poor, however, I then contacted Right at Home, who had previously given my Mum care at home. They couldn't of been more helpful and got care in place for exactly when we needed it. The ladies that
coordinate the carers are excellent and each Carer has been so good and helpful and they've given my Mum more confidence to help her stay at home. So many thanks to everyone at Right at Home.

Having someone visit Mum has given my sister and I peace of mind. Mum really enjoys her visits, the flat is spotless, and Mum is happy and relaxed. We cannot recommend them enough. They discussed all her needs in detail and matched her carer really well.

We recently met with the Manager from Right at Home to discuss care options for my father. From the very beginning, she was warm, kind and incredibly gentle in how she spoke with Dad, she made him feel completely at ease. She really took the time to understand his needs and communicated everything
clearly and compassionately. She arranged for a caregiver to come out, who was absolutely lovely. She was friendly, professional and clearly knew what she was doing. In the end, we decided not to go ahead just yet, as my dad feels he does not need this level of care right now. But we were so impressed with the team that we will definitely be coming back when the time is right. Thanks again to your Manager and everyone at Right at Home.

Such a good idea having the introduction of the carer with the client a few days before.
I'm aiming to have small breaks over the next few months so will definitely use Right at Home again..

It would be hard to overestimate just what a huge and positive impact our carer has had on both our mum and, as a result, our family. In just a couple of months she has become an invaluable member of our family, treating our mother with respect and dignity, speaking to her in a kind an adult way.
She has come up with imaginative ideas to help mum get out and about (chair yoga is something new mum is trying) and shows care and compassion when mum feels less able to get out.
As well as supporting mum, she does a first class job of the household chores that need doing (something so many cleaners and cleaning-carers, don't do to such a high standard). She is thorough with great attention to detail.
Mum loves her visits - they get on so well and not only is there great mutual respect but they also have a good dose of fun. Mum would already be lost without her - she thinks the world of her and really looks forwards to her visits which we've now extended by an hour each visit.

We are very happy with RAH, particularly our regular carer who us kind, empathetic and thinks widely around little jobs that need doing to help mum.

I'm so impressed with the care from beginning my request of help from one of the staff to the excellent help we received from our two brilliant overnight carers.
We only needed help short term but the empathy and care extended to my husband was exemplary ..and I thank all in the team.
