All the carers were very kind and friendly.
They were always on time and in case they were slightly late it was communicated at least an hour before.
Good communication with the carer and the agency.

We are very happy with the service Abbey provides, she always comes with a smile on her face cracks jokes with my mum and cares and looks after her every need. She is part of the family as are all of my mothers carers.

Great management team.
This is the fourth year of using this cate agency and they are great with my son.
He looks forward to having them come and they communicate well with him.

My son of special needs (Severe Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Communication problems, Sleeping problems) are well taken care of, his needs are managed accordingly (very well). He displays feelings of happiness with his support staff.

I sincerely thank the Solutions Embassy Ltd staff for the best care, my grandmother, Nana, enjoys. The allocated staff are very punctual, respectful and professional in carrying out her duty. We do not regret our choice of provider. Thank you.
