The staff at Quality Care were very attentive and professional and treated mum with the utmost respect and dignity, giving her an excellent level of care.
Mum looked forward to their visits, talks and laughter, they became friends to her, which made the whole process very light hearted to her.
Would
definitely recommend this agency without hesitation.

My son has been receiving care from this excellent company since he returned home after surgery following an accident in the USA. He came back to live with me and has experienced superb care and support from Quality Homecare. They have met his needs when he has been at his lowest emotionally but
also have encouraged him to try to move more and be as independent as possible. This is noticeable when it comes to taking a shower and dressing himself which has been fairly recent. On the rare days when the weather is dry they have taken him out in his wheelchair to the local shop, I am hoping for more trips out this summer for him when we move to a less hilly part of our town where there is more for him to be involved in. The carers' three visits a day are always welcome, we both enjoy seeing them and without fail they all offer a professional and friendly service. I congratulate the company on their selection of staff and the ongoing training provided.

Had the above about a dozen times at home address between June and August 2025. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Mother was 97/98 with balance issues due to a major fall indoors.
The main function was to assist mum with a shower on those days, everything else I did. Must say, all three female carers
were excellent, caring, helpful, motivating and professional standard throughout, punctual and reliable. Mum and I had a good rapport with them. Thank you.

The staff at Quality Healthcare were brilliant looking after my mother. They were kind, patient, attentive, professional and treated her with respect and dignity. They always asked what her priorities were for each visit and worked well together to make sure she had everything she needed, including
conversation and laughter! Visits never felt rushed but were efficient, and the staff even took Mum into her garden, if that was what she wanted, so she could appreciate the outdoors safely without risking a fall. Quality Healthcare communicated well with us as family members/carers, and kept us updated through their app, or phone calls when necessary. The app was particularly useful for me being able to tell Mum which staff members were coming and exactly what time the visit was planned so she could plan when her friends might be able to visit without being interrupted. I would highly recommend Quality Healthcare. They brought reassurance, enormous support, warmth and brightness to my Mum.

A cheerful, flexible, caring team, respectful my person and property. They are happy at short notice to change that which has been arranged to accommodate me. They always ask before they do anything even if it is something that has been done a number of times.

I have met many carers in the past 6 years and none of them can compare with this company. They are so far ahead of the competition that I feel sorry for those people who are using other providers. These people are simply the best in every category - and as people they 100% trustworthy and reliable.
If you are working with others, stop and switch to these people.

Excellent level of care given. Good on-the-spot communication to confirm details of dates/timings/carers. Email communication also quick and effective. Very understanding of the needs of my husband as well as me - flexibility with dates and times enabling our requests to be fulfilled. Excellent

We are very impressed with my father's main carer. She goes above and beyond her duty and I am 100% confident that my father is safe and looked after properly in her care. Some of the other staff haven't been as great such as asking to leave early even though he still needs support. However, the
rest are really good too and I'm happy with the care he has been given this far.

The carer turns up when expected. Chats to mum and helps with tasks. Contact with the Quality Healthcare Agency head office is easy and response is always promptly delivered. Flexible with changes in caring needs.
