My husband requires help with washing and dressing and the staff supplied by Alina Homecare Cheltenham, have been delightful, efficient and sensitive to his needs. They have arrived promptly at the time arranged. On the one occasion they needed to alter the arranged time, they phoned to apologise and rearranged another appointment to suit us. Very efficient and friendly. The App the company use to communicate is easy to use and understand. All interactions are recorded swiftly after each visit. I would highly recommend Alina Homecare Cheltenham.

Alina care have been looking after my dad for a few months now. They are brilliant! Very professional and give the utmost care to dad. He really looks forward to their visits and feels at ease with them. He loves their company and chats! They are a great help for his personal needs, giving his medication and making him a cuppa, breakfast etc. They are an enormous help to the family too, jobs like tidying the kitchen, putting washing machine and dishwasher on if needed. Thank you so much Alina carers!

We have used Alina care for more than 2 years and have had excellent care for Mother along the way. All the carers are wonderful with her and as she needs more support , they step up the care : Thank you all for looking after Mother so well. Carers are happy to take on whatever jobs required and to take Mother out for shopping and fresh air. They are all kind bd to her and very encouraging . Alina are as flexible as they can be and we have never had a no show in all the time we have used the Company . Excellent service

Very good reaction to a tricky situation, always more difficult if unexpected. Maintained calmness and reassurance and informed all the support people necessary. Stayed with the family, continued to talk with the client, kept in touch with the team, remained until a plan made to find the best help available.

The carers at Alina Homecare are really kind, friendly and compassionate. We had to arrange a care package at quite short notice and this was handled professionally and efficiently by the care manager. The whole process from the first contact to the first caring appointment was very easy and ran smoothly, I would recommend Alina Homecare for anyone who requires care at home.

Mum previously received care from Alina in the morning to help with personal care. We needed to increase the care to 4 times a day following a stay in hospital. Alina home care were excellent they kept me fully informed and the care and compassion shown to Mum was superb. They were flexible and adjusted the care package to suit Mum's needs. At all times she was treated with dignity and respect.

Alina home care have served my parents extremely well in a professional manner. Reliability is a top priority for me arranging care for my elderly parents. We have a local carer most days but the Alina team help to support us and maintain continuity of care. All of the carers are so pleasant and personable and keep Mum & Dad in good spirits to make it a happy house.

A professional service provided by dedicated and well trained individuals that throughout were anxious to improve their patients quality of life, and work towards assisting their patients to full recovery. My aunt was cared for very well and all of her needs were always met. Whenever we needed extra help this was easily arranged for us. Communication was excellent and l was able to check everything l needed with the app. The carers were lovely and my aunt looked forward to seeing them and she enjoyed the company. I was always informed of any concerns that the carers had. When my aunt was unwell they waited for me to arrive there. I would highly recommend Alina Healthcare a fantastic team and l could relax knowing my aunt was being cared for by them.

Alina Homecare in Cheltenham has been caring for our mother over the last couple of years. The care package has been carefully planned and reviewed with Mum and Dad. Over the months this has been tweaked as her needs have changed. The carers, who visit every morning, are universally of high quality and have built strong relationships with our parents. As children, with our mum's agreement, we have access to the online system which gives us daily updates on the care and how the carers find our parents. Where we have needed to we have phone access to the care managers and this has allowed us to support the care package and make sure it works positively.

Alina staff visit my mother three times a day to help her prepare for the day, then at lunchtime to help her with lunch preparation and in the evening to help her get ready for bed. The staff, without exception, are kind and diligent. When something a little extra needs to be done it is no trouble. In one isolated case when there was a problem with the standard of care provided by a new carer, this was very quickly dealt with by Alina management, which showed how responsive they were to our concerns. Thank you all for what you do!

Very professional company and very flexible with arranging and rearranging visits without too much disruption. My mum likes the regular carers and the consistency of the carers, my final comment is how they accommodate Mum's needs and although my mum worries about her money going down, keeping her in her own home is imperative.

Alina Homecare have been great, looking after Mum, great communication and very accommodating when Mum is having a tricky day. Couldn't do without them. Management are extremely efficient, always contactable, flexible, knowledgeable and experienced, communicative and understanding. The staff are kind and patient.

The manager and team from Alina have been an absolute godsend for my mum and also given me complete peace of mind, they stepped in with very short notice to put a care programme in place and have never failed to deliver. They have on occasion gone above and beyond their duty and always put Mum’s needs as a priority. They have been very flexible with any changes required to the care needed, extra visits etc. I cannot recommend them highly enough, the manager is always at the end of a phone and is so friendly and approachable and the whole team are a delight to deal with. If they have any concerns they always contact me to let me know, and I am able to monitor every visit they make with the app which is such a great way of knowing what they have done on each visit. Alina Homecare are a fantastic company!

My mobility has been a developing issue over the past 5 years and culminated in our moving from a hillside home in the country to central Cheltenham. In January 2023, I fell off a dining room chair, broke my hip and was hospitalised for 14 days. Our family were concerned that my husband (being 86 years old) would struggle to cope with the inevitable full-time care needed on my discharge from hospital and selected Alina to provide daily support. The daily visits to help me to dress in the morning, make my breakfast, make the bed and undertake some general housekeeping tasks has been invaluable. It has given my husband some free time to continue a range of voluntary work as well as do some necessary shopping. I also suffer from acute sight loss which means I have difficulty in other ways. I am prescribed a variety of medication and need help in finding and taking as appropriate. I also appreciate having the newspaper read to me.

My parents started using Alina Homecare for their personal needs early in 2022. They soon looked forward to seeing highly trained but caring, friendly faces each morning and never looked back. It relieved my father of caring for my mother whilst also helping him as he advanced in age. I have no doubt that their quality of life improved due to Alina Homecare. He was so impressed that a few months later he decided to have Live in Care because of their high standards and the most excellent, timely support from the manager of Alina Homecare in Cheltenham. Live in Care is a major step change but Alina Homecare soon found the perfect live in carer for my parents. It is no exaggeration to say that she became part of the family, looking after my parents' every need in the most efficient and sympathetic way. We saw daily reports from the carer via an app which was a boon as we live some distance away. Cheltenham-based Alina Homecare is most highly recommended!

Alina were a breath of fresh air when I was trying to find care for my mother last autumn, having felt let down by other agencies. The manager is friendly, easy to get hold of and responsive if we need anything. The small team who look after my mum are lovely caring people, who are very mindful of my mum's wants and needs. They have been great at alerting us to any concerns. I would definitely recommend Alina's services.

The team at Alina Homecare, Cheltenham are consistently responsive, flexible and attentive to my father's needs. They continue to do a fantastic job of working with a reluctant care service user to build trust and confidence and deliver the help I have been hoping he would receive. They go above and beyond for me and him, taking so much pressure off me as a long-distance next-of-kin and give me reassurance my father is being well looked after.

Alina have been caring primarily for my Mother, but also Father since June 2022. We cannot fault them. They are all very friendly, supportive, caring and professional. We would fully recommend them as carers. Thank you for all you do for us.
