View Full Details of Loving Homecare LtdMy social worker got me with care company. The manager and assistant manager are always at the end of the phone. Any worries are sorted. Help when my mood is down. I know any problems are fixed or carers are spoken to if any issues arise.
It wasn't a good experience especially for my mum. I believe she was failed with her care. There was no stimulation with conversation. 99% of the time a snack wasn't left for teatime. On the occasions when they were, it was 2 slices of toast left in the fridge. Majority of carers wanted to be in and out ASAP. Numerous carers visited only a couple did care the rest i felt it was just a job to them and many I felt lacked training.
I needed support following surgery on my foot which left me in a none weight-bearing cast. The care I received was of a high standard. The manager came out herself when she did not have carers available for an urgent start (day after my assessment). Communication was great throughout and I would recommend Loving Home Care if first-rate compassionate and respectful care is needed.
This company certainly live up to their name. If you are old enough to remember the advert....they do exactly what it says on the tin. In fact, they go way above and beyond expectations. If you had to trust your mum to someone, these are the ones.
I have found loving care very good for my family. They were supportive from day one. The staff have been excellent and always have time to listen to what will work. They help me to understand how things work an the best way to deal with any issues that might come up.
I have used Loving Homecare and I can recommend them. They are kind, friendly and caring staff. They have supported me during tough times. I highly recommend this company. They came 4times a day including weekends. Breakfast, lunch, tea and bedtime. They stayed and helped me with my paperwork which was very nice of them.
