The care staff at Jolis Care are always friendly and provide excellent care for my son who has non-verbal autism and significant learning difficulties. They have worked hard to build a positive relationship with him and always put his needs first. They have managed to settle him well when he has
been dysregulated and have learnt his triggers to enable them to help him to remain calm. The carers are reliable and the care co-ordinator is always happy to help with any queries/requests and is very accommodating and approachable.
