After years of living on my own, the recent development of a genetic disease has found myself in need of assistance/carers quite urgently to ensure I keep my independence. After contacting a few local companies that didn't respond I contacted Visiting Angels, after an initial call, they popped
around the same day. At the initial meeting, I found them pleasant and extremely helpful, and they put me at ease as this was all new to and I was nervous and anxious. After an assessment a support plan was created for my needs and it started straight away. I have found the staff extremely polite and caring, they turn up on time and stay the full time allocated even if they finish early they will sit and chat. They are all willing to help me in any way, and as such they have also contacted my local occupational services to get me additional equipment that I was missing, all to help me and make my life easier. I would not hesitate to recommend them and give them the top rating.
