We relied on the team for a couple of months as our mother became less and less able to care for herself, and we were extremely impressed with everything about the care she received, from the communication from the managers, the excellent app that was used to communicate her health stats and daily
care regime, to the calibre of the individual carers. This was a first class service with some excellent people working within it, and we found them responsive, communicative, empathetic and kind. On the basis of our experience, I would thoroughly recommend.
