I feel that the care my father is receiving his respectful, caring and gentle my father has Alzheimer's and he fell over and broke his hip and the care that my father has received has been exceptional one carer in particular that has care for my father on a consistent basis his name is Chuks very
very sweet young man lovely too my parents I have an elderly mother that he's very kind to as well just over overall been very very happy with the service and I thank you because it's not an easy job to do you have to be a certain kind of person to care for a dementia patient never mind an old dementia patient so I thank you and I hope this review gets seen by the relevant people I would recommend Dynamic people to anybody that was looking for carers for their elderly parents

I have been using your company for a few years now and have been very lucky to have very good care.
My main carer lives not far from my home so that works well.
I think that some of the younger carers need a little more training but on the whole no major problems.
I appreciate all they do for me.

I am very pleased with the carers who look after me. They are polite, and do everything. They are very nice, nothing is too much trouble, doing everything with a good heart.

We used to have Home Instead looking after our mum but they were quite awful in comparison.
Dynamic People are very good at what they do.
Very quick responses to emails and phone calls.
Very proactive in contacting me re any health issues the carers pick up on.
The main carers genuinely care for
our mum and do a great job.
We've had the occasional cover carer who can be less thorough but this is rare now.
Even short notice trips to the hospital have been supported by Dynamic people when I've been unable to attend with mum.
Overall Dynamic people and the carers have had a huge impact on mum and on us and have helped mum stay in her own home.

Dynamic people are kind , caring, professional and respond quickly to any requests.
Mum is very happy with her care and I am happy knowing mum is safe and happy. I highly recommend Dynamic people without hesitation

Very friendly and sensitive to Dad's needs. He is always treated with dignity and with a caring attitude. The carers are making a positive difference and great support which is a relief to my mum who is dad's main carer outside the times when the carers visit. Thank you.

Very good, very happy, very friendly. I trust them very much. I will recommend everyone I go. I've never had better service before. They really changed my life and my son's life. They really made a difference to how our family is, and I really appreciate what you guys did for us. Thank you so much

Nothing to fault. Lovely ladies, always happy to assist. Great attitudes and mum loves them and feels very comfortable with them all. Mums got a neurological progressive condition, and the carers are so good to mum and adapt according to her condition. Keep up the good work, ladies.

All went well. The lady was very nice, chatted with mum and was very respectful. We did raise some concerns about mums care, and she told us she would let us know the outcome. I haven't heard back yet!
