Prestige care have been caring for my dad for the last 8 months the standard of care is excellent. The carers listen to what he wants and he likes to have a laugh with them even having a sing song sometimes which makes his day. I don't know what we would do without the carers at prestige care.

Prestige have been caring for my mum for 6 months. The carers are friendly and cheerful and treat my mum with respect and dignity. I couldn't be more grateful for the support we receive with Mum, their help is invaluable!

I have found all facets of the care I have received to be very good. Phone calls I have made have always been courteously dealt with. I am very pleased with the service I have received and thank you for the help and assistance that has been given to me.

Our experience of the services provided is generally positive. After some initial adjustments to different routine things have worked well. The carers are professional and efficient. They have developed a good rapport with my father.

Excellent service. All carers are experienced and polite. They will listen and make any suggested changes. I now have a regular carer who is excellent in every way. She is very thorough dealing with me and we have become friends as well. The office are always polite and helpful.

Prestige provide a friendly and professional service. My wife is bedridden with Alzheimers and vascular dementia, but is responsive to the kind attention of the carers. I struggled with trying to cope on my own but this is now a great help to me. Thank you Prestige.

We have been very happy with Prestige Care & Support looking after our Mum. From the outset speaking to and meeting the ladies in the office, we have felt reassured and confident with their care. The carers are friendly, fantastic and considerate to Mum. The office are excellent and contact us if
there is any concerns or anything is needed for Mum.

Having had a bad experience of care services in the past for my father-in-law. I did a lot of research before choosing Prestige. They have been looking after my mum once a day in the mornings to help with showering, dressing and medication. I can honestly say, I have made the right choice. There
have been no problems and my mum, who was very reluctant at first, is now very happy and enjoys their visits.

We have been using prestige care to support Mum, who has Alzheimer's and allow her to remain in her home. The carers have been kind, friendly and always cheerful. Mum has treat been treated with respect and dignity but most impressive is their patience with her when she's having her bad days and is
extra confused. Can't thank them enough as they have enabled Mum to stay at home with Dad who also has his own carers and they both just want to be together in their own home.

We only have 3 half hour visits a week which suits us very well at the moment but it's good to know that Prestige Care & Support are flexible.
Contact with the office has been very easy and the pricing is very competitive.
I would recommend Prestige Care & Support.

Prestige Care have been providing care for my grandad since December last year and to call them excellent would be an understatement. Each carer always has a smile of their face upon arrival and always make sure that my grandad is happy when leaving.
