A couple of years ago, Right at Home cared for my late mum for a short period and she was so thrilled with the care and support she received from her carer. Mum was only 70 and her young carer was so thoughtful and chatty with her - helping style her hair and painting her nails, which made her feel
so upbeat and positive.
When my dad needed support this winter after a long stint in hospital and respite care, we didn't hesitate to come back to Right at Home. His carers are fabulous - using their own initiative as they have got to know him better and his likes and dislikes.
We have already recommended Right at Home to a neighbour and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for kind, thoughtful and professional care at home.

We have received excellent service and care from all the staff at Right at Home Reigate and Crawley. Following my mother's hospitalisation Kirsty and the team were available quickly to arrange care as soon as she came home. They have been very attentive and provided excellent care as well as
general help around the house.

My sisters and I approached Right at Home about help for our parents aged 96 and 87 in January. Initially the visits were just for two hours a day but we soon increased them to three hours a day including weekends as we were so impressed by the care provided. Before my father went into hospital we
also trialled overnight care which was excellent.
It was a so helpful that we were able to change the level of care and hours at fairly short notice. Everyone in the Redhill office was so friendly and accommodating on the phone. Emails were also always answered very promptly.
As for the carers who visited our parents' home I cannot praise them highly enough. They completed all the household tasks to a high level and many would take the initiative to do tasks not listed but which they saw needed doing. As for the companionship provided, it has been first class and both my parents have enjoyed their daily chats.
I would definitely recommend the services of Right at Home.

After experiencing a physically and medically disastrous year in 2024, I realised that most of the things which I'd previously taken for granted were either no longer possible or severely restricted, e.g., shopping, preparing and eating meals, maintaining personal care, mobilizing inside and
outside the home, carrying out regular tasks, socializing, exercising, etc. Due to my previous working life, I already knew about Right at Home and the services they offered to those of us who wanted to retain the ability to live as Having retained Right at Home's services for personal care; I was also offered the opportunity to try out the company's physiotherapy sessions with the aim of becoming more independent and less reliant on others.The combination of personal care and physiotherapy has greatly relieved much of the additional burdens which my medical conditions had placed on my family and we are all very grateful for the time, care and attention which Right at Home have devoted to us.

I started using Right at Home Care Agency in January 2025 for my 90 year old mother who was lonely after the death of her husband the previous year. She was very reluctant to have anyone come into her home as likes to be in total control of her house. We started with an initial 6 week stint and I
told her she could give 2 weeks notice after that.
The agency have been brilliant in trying to find suitable companions to visit her twice a week for 2 hours at a time.
She now enjoys their visits and chats to them as they help her make meals, change the sheets on the bed and is happy to let them do the jobs she doesn't enjoy like washing the kitchen floor or cleaning the bathrooms. The two companions she sees cover for each other if one is busy elsewhere so she continually has people she knows - not a string of strangers.
I can read about the visits on their app so know what they have done and talk to mum about it. The office are extremely helpful and I would highly recommend the agency.

Since our first interaction with Right at Home we have been incredibly impressed with the service and attention given. From the head office to the care team, everyone genuinely cares and has the wellbeing our my parents at heart.
We are so grateful for the kindness shown and the efforts to go the
extra mile. I know my parents value the companionship offered and have genuine affection for the carers who live-in and who do the daily visits. They are professional, empathetic, kind and thoughtful.
We know that the team are always available on the phone to offer advice and address any concerns.
Right at Home have given my brother and me a real sense of comfort that our parents are looked after and well cared for, and for that we are incredibly grateful

A pre discussed care rota was set up really efficiently for my dad at quite short notice when mum had to go into hospital for an emergency admission. All the carers turned up promptly as expected, and not only worked well but also had time to check on dad's social wellbeing. It greatly eased my, my
sister and mum's worries. Write ups about each visit were detailed. It was easy to contact the main office by phone or email and they were happy to adjust to add any additional care areas I wanted adding. Highly recommend.

I have been delighted with the care my father is receiving from Right at Home. After a stroke last September he needed live in care. He is an active 88 year old , and his greatest wish has always been to stay in his own home if he possibly could. However the stoke has left him with cognitive
difficulties, memory problems and visual impairment. The carers have been kind, supportive and professional. I'm so grateful to them, as I do not live nearby, and it is a huge source of comfort and support to me to know that Dad is safe in his own home and being so well looked after. He has been able to carry on pottering around his garden, he goes on a walk each day and has been on the bus into town, he has the benefit of regular meals, and their companionship. It is invaluable support.

Right at Home Reigate & Crawley have been nothing but top quality suppliers of home care services for my mum. Their staff are very friendly, kind and competent. They perform regular unscheduled checks on their carers whilst they are visiting my mum, which is very reassuring. Staff communication
is excellent and we have been kept updated of any delays or issues which may arise due to unforeseen circumstances in getting to mum at the scheduled visit times. We have only praise for these fantastic carers!!

Right at Home came highly recommended, so when my Partner came home last May everything was in place and our first live-in carer was ready and waiting to welcome us home and take care of him.
We had no experience of having live in care, and not long afterwards had a night nurse added to our team,
so i could get some sleep, as i was still working. We currently have two live in carers - leaving me time to spend at my home desk!
All the staff have gone over and beyond our expectations, both on the ground and in the office where the girls are extremely helpful - as well as giving me a great deal of emotional support as well.
our family and friends are delighted at how comfortable and happy the atmosphere at home is, and how well my Partner gets on with all the carers.
We would not hesitate to recommend the Company - in fact i actually did that today!

When we realized that Mum would need a live-in carer, Right at Home was highly recommended to us.
They carried out an assessment and explained the live-in care process thoroughly, which reassured Mum and put her at ease. They were very patient and took their time.
Once the live-in carer started,
we noticed a significant improvement in Mum's overall well-being, particularly in terms of nutrition, as she was able to enjoy freshly prepared meals more frequently.
For us as a family, it was a great comfort knowing that someone was there to support Mum around the clock.
Right at Home were great through the whole process and I would happily recommend them going forward.

I am delighted with the service offered and the support and care given to my partner. All the carers are most professional, well-trained, and caring and have never let us down.
Initially consistency of carers was a problem, but the agency consulted me on this and we now have an excellent familiar
team who offer regular consistent care which is a great support to us both. I would recommend RAH highly, we could not survive at home without them.

"Right at Home" first helped with my mother who had Dementia, and they did a wonderful job helping at home, which took the pressure off my father. A few weeks after my mother went into a care home, my father needed a lot of care, and Right at Home was able to pivot and provide rapidly increasing
help for my father. They went above and beyond the call to make sure my father was cared for well. The office staff and the carers are in rapid contact and work well as a team. After both my parents were in care homes I was able to reach out to them for help, which they gladly did.
One of the many things I appreciated about Right at Home was how quickly I was able to communicate with them, and their rapid response to our needs. I also liked the fact that there was an office close to home, that I could pop round to say "Thank you" .

I have been very impressed with Right at Home from from first interaction until today, when carers are in place. I initially called Right at Home and set up a meeting with my parents. My dad has dementia and my mum is struggling to cope. At the meeting, my dad's behaviour was particularly
challenging. The Right at Home representative dealt with him and the situation in a calm and courteous way. She then used this experience to set Dad up with a carer who she knew had the skill set to deal with his behaviour. Our carer now comes in on a regular basis and not only is she great with Dad but has also built a good bond with Mum. She has taken what could have been a stressful situation and made it into a very positive experience for them both. I can't recommend Right at Home highly enough.

Right At Home has provided me with their caregivers since September this year. They are a very caring, efficient, punctual, and sympathetic group of carers that, quite frankly, I now couldn't be without. Apart from all their help and support, it is so good to have someone other than family to talk

Now nearly two years ago, my family needed immediate care for a complicated situation in which my mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and my stepfather was hospitalised. This came about very rapidly and became an evolving situation that required flexible care on short notice. Fortunately,
Right at Home was available to provide instant assistance to resolve the immediate issues but also be flexible enough to meet the ever-changing dynamics of our care needs. For several months we moved from a few hours of care for one parent to both parents, to increased care hours as the health situations worsened, including taking one parent to visit the other in the hospital, to full-time, in-home care for one parent, to eventual full-time, in-home care for both parents. We found the company to be quite flexible in addressing our needs which often evolved quickly, and the personnel provided have always been top-notch in the care they provide.

In May 2023 I faced the daunting task of choosing a care agency for my husband, who needed extra care as he had sadly deteriorated health-wise. I was so very fortunate and thankful to find Right at Home and remained thankful until he passed away. It was important that myself and my husband have a
regular team of carers and this remained the case. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them I really couldn't have asked for a more caring, kind, and professional team. The office team equally were so understanding, caring, and efficient when my husband was admitted frequently to hospital. I knew they were just a phone call away in times of need which was supporting and reassuring. I am sure I could not have found a more wonderful agency. I shall always be thankful to them and have no hesitation at all in recommending them.

Right at Home provided support for our elderly Dad from December 2021 to February 2024 (when he passed), a carer attended his house for an hour in the morning and an hour early evening. Their care was outstanding, they were kind, professional, hard-working, respectful, helpful, and lovely authentic
people. I often heard Dad thanking and complimenting the carers with statements like "You bring joy to my world.".
We were extremely lucky as a family to have Right at Home caring for Dad it gave him 'joie de vivre' up until the end of his life at age 93. Thank you to everyone from the carers, office personnel, and management. I highly recommend Right at Home Reigate and Crawley.

Right at Home provided support for my mum right up to the very end. We were very lucky to have such a lovely team of carers coming to care for her on the days where I needed to be at work. They never let us down and always gave her their warmest attention. I know Mum would say the same.

When my Dad had a stroke I was suddenly in a position of needing to find care to look after him at home. Right at Home replied immediately and set up a visit to my father and a risk assessment visit to his home very quickly. He needed a rather complicated package of care and this kept varying over
the next few weeks but Right at Home took on the stress of finding carers at short notice and were very flexible. All the carers were lovely people who did their very best with my Dad but unfortunately, through no fault of theirs, it became obvious to all that care at home was not going to work. I feel that the company and the family did the very best they could but some problems are just insurmountable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
