The care provided by Sarah's Home Care over the past 3 years has been exceptional. I'm so grateful for the incredible care my sister receives from SHC. Their communication is top-notch, they're proactive in raising concerns and their support extends beautifully to both my sister & our family. They truly go above & beyond. A special shout out to Sarah, The Manager/owner, who's been a huge help with legal & important administrative tasks, making a challenging time a bit easier. I highly recommend them!

Truly professional and caring team. We were so fortunate to find carebysarah at a time when we were really struggling. We were really considering a care home as we became so desperate. The owner and her Carers came and met us for an assessment and we and mum had much input into the care plan. We were delighted with the high quality daily care which enabled mum to stay at home which was her wish. We were able to give mum the best care and maintain our close relationship with her which may have been very different had we moved her. Thank you. Always grateful.

Sarah's Home Care has been caring for my mum since 2020 when she had a stroke. The level of care has been excellent throughout the difficult period of COVID, where her team have coped superbly with the new safety procedures. I have been confident at all times that my mum was safe. Her carers are punctual, kind, friendly and very well trained. My mother is partially paralysed on one side, so needs meals prepared, medication and help with washing. I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah's Home Care to anyone.
