My mother has been bedridden since suffering a stroke a year ago and requires a live-in carer and a double handler to visit daily. We use Blessing's Care and are generally happy with the professional and dedicated staff who are always polite and kind to Mum. My only criticism is that the agency needs to improve its communication with its clients and live-in carers to ensure we're all on the same page when there are staff changes, pending leave, or administrative changes.

I've been with them for about a couple of months and so far I'm enjoying it because they are one of the best companies I've been with and they actually listen to my opinion and they take me to places

My sister has received care from Blessings Care for quite a while now and we have always been satisfied. Unfortunately late in May we suffered an unexpected bereavement which meant her care needed to be increased. The team at Blessing could not have been more helpful, caring and understanding and have shown nothing but kindness towards my sister and also myself. I am thoroughly grateful and happy with the care they provide.

My mum has been using Blessing Care Ltd for over 4 years and before that they also use to look after my dad. All the staff are amazing who enter the house. The livin carer is like a friend to my mum putting her first all the time. Does an amazing care job and also keeps the house so clean. The cat gets the best of care too!

We had a live in caregiver for a week to be with Mum whilst we had a family holiday. Mum is housebound and has in principle a set routine though as the dementia progresses the routine is stretched! Our caregiver was absolutely wonderful. She took great care of Mum whilst allowing her autonomy which is so important. The caregiver is someone I have no hesitation in recommending and feel able to go away more regularly now that I know she will look after Mum .

I have been with Blessing's Care Ltd for at least two years. In that time, I have been assisted with preparing meals and helping me with day to day household chores. Also they assist me when I take my medication. The carer's are very polite and helpfull. And they chat to me which is very enjoyable. They provide a good service to me.

I have been using Blessing's Care Ltd Domiciliary Care for 5 years and, on the whole, I am happy with the care I receive. Staff are always willing to complete household chores etc for me should I ask them to. Sometime when a new carer comes on their own it can be a challenge to explain what they need to do and where to find everything. Maybe they could "shadow" another carer for a while. But when all said and done they are all very nice, kind and helpful.

We have been using Blessing's Care Ltd for the last 3 1/2 months. We are happy with the care received. They help with showering and dressing and are patient, friendly and helpful.

I have been using Blessing's Care for the last 6 months and I am very happy with the care I have received. The team are fantastic and always go the extra mile to ensure I am very well cared for. They offer a wide around the clock assistance and care, they also help me with my day to day household chores and activities. Sometimes they just sit with me and chat, which I thoroughly enjoy as I don't get out as much as I would like. I can't thank the care team enough as they provide a wonderful service and I feel very well cared for.
