The young woman who came to care for my mum whilst we were away on holiday abroad for a week was excellent.
Unfortunately in the nighttime of the first day my mother fell, the caregiver was just amazing rang the out of hours medics who in turn ordered an ambulance. In the four hours it took the
ambulance to arrive the caregiver checked my mum was ok and sat with her on the floor. She rang me next and again when the paramedics appeared. By this time both my mum and caregiver had been awake throughout the night. I advised the caregiver that I would ask for someone to stand in for her so she could get some sleep. I emailed and the team not only found someone to cover for the day but also someone to do a waking watch the next night.
My mum was super confused for the rest of the time but beautifully cared for , meals brought upstairs and various efforts made to encourage her to eat + drink. The caregiver also allowed my daughter to use her phone to videocall which helped my mum calm down

The carers who look after my daughter are friendly professional, supportive, understanding and look after her very well I appreciate how well they have bonded with her and have her best interest at heart. I don't know what I'd do with out them

Excellent care agency, always go the extra mile to provide the best care for my mum. Carer always puts my mums needs first and fully trust my mum is in safe hands. Amazing service. Would recommend to anyone who needs care

Excellent service to help me with my goals and always there for any problem. A really good range of activities that suit me and I'm aloud to have an input into what we do on those days. Really good communication with my family which keeps everyone in the know.

My mother has been bedridden since suffering a stroke a year ago and requires a live-in carer and a double handler to visit daily. We use Blessing's Care and are generally happy with the professional and dedicated staff who are always polite and kind to Mum. My only criticism is that the agency
needs to improve its communication with its clients and live-in carers to ensure we're all on the same page when there are staff changes, pending leave, or administrative changes.

I've been with them for about a couple of months and so far I'm enjoying it because they are one of the best companies I've been with and they actually listen to my opinion and they take me to places

My sister has received care from Blessings Care for quite a while now and we have always been satisfied. Unfortunately late in May we suffered an unexpected bereavement which meant her care needed to be increased.
The team at Blessing could not have been more helpful, caring and understanding and
have shown nothing but kindness towards my sister and also myself. I am thoroughly grateful and happy with the care they provide.

I have been with Blessing's Care Ltd for at least two years. In that time, I have been assisted with preparing meals and helping me with day to day household chores. Also they assist me when I take my medication. The carer's are very polite and helpfull. And they chat to me which is very enjoyable.
They provide a good service to me.

I have been using Blessing's Care Ltd Domiciliary Care for 5 years and, on the whole, I am happy with the care I receive. Staff are always willing to complete household chores etc for me should I ask them to. Sometime when a new carer comes on their own it can be a challenge to explain what they
need to do and where to find everything. Maybe they could "shadow" another carer for a while. But when all said and done they are all very nice, kind and helpful.

We have been using Blessing's Care Ltd for the last 3 1/2 months. We are happy with the care received. They help with showering and dressing and are patient, friendly and helpful.

I have been using Blessing's Care for the last 6 months and I am very happy with the care I have received. The team are fantastic and always go the extra mile to ensure I am very well cared for. They offer a wide around the clock assistance and care, they also help me with my day to day household
chores and activities. Sometimes they just sit with me and chat, which I thoroughly enjoy as I don't get out as much as I would like.
I can't thank the care team enough as they provide a wonderful service and I feel very well cared for.
