An outstanding care agency. We can't praise them enough and have no hesitation in recommending them. Real Care looked after our Mum for 5 years. During that time, as Mum became more frail and less mobile they adapted their care to suit her needs. They enabled Mum to stay as independent as possible and to live at home until she died. Not only were they professional and capable they were also affectionate and provided friendship and companionship throughout their visits. Mum loved to sing and they would sing along with her, engage with her reminiscing, as well as cheering her up when she felt frustrated and low. As well as being very flexible with visit times, they always responded with extra help if Mum needed it between visits. They went the extra mile to make sure Mum was looked after right up until the end and supported the family during difficult times.Mum looked forward to their visits and thought of them as friends.

Real Care Solutions looked after my parents with care and dignity. They always turned up on time and if there were any problems dealt with it and if necessary let me know. It gave me peace of mind knowing that a friendly face was there in the morning and at night. If I had any concerns it was very easy to ring them and talk it over. I have recommended them to others who needed support and will continue to do so.

Over a long period of time Real Care were employed to care for both my sister and brother who both had complex needs. During that difficult time they have been both flexible and adaptable to theirs changing needs. This enabled them to stay at home for as long as was possible. A lovely Manager and team.

My late mum employed Real Care Solutions for the last 2 years before her passing, and I can honestly say that the care they gave was exceptional, going over and above to provide care for her, through thick and thin. Nothing was too much trouble and they accommodated requests even at short notice. The team treated my mum as if she were a family member. The support I have received has also been amazing. I highly recommend this company.

Realcare have looked after both my parents over the last few years. The staff have been very caring and practical in delivering their service, providing all that is needed in the short time they have and not hesitating to go the extra mile. They have become friends as much as carers to them. On this basis I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Generally dad was always cared for with sensitivity and respect by the real care team in the last months of his life. They always informed the family of any updates or problems and did their best to solve them when possible. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for providers of efficient, and empathetic care.

My 84-year-old mother received excellent care from Real Care Solutions during the last week of her life. She went downhill really quickly but from the initial referral meeting to the evening before she died, the professionalism, attitude and care of everyone in the organisation could not have been better, I fully agree with the statement which was offered at our assessment interview that you do get what you pay for and carers should be paid well for the amazing job they do. All the carers who attended to Mum were polite, cheerful and helpful. They consulted with me at every stage and were sensitive to my mum's confusion at the end stages. We had the same carers most of the time. Great service. Thank you so much.

I am so happy with the flexible service provided by Real Care as they adapt to the changing and sadly deteriorating needs of my grandmother. It is so reassuring to know that as I can't be there, she is being well looked after in the comfort of her own home. I have been impressed with Real Care's attention to detail, they now manage her medication and meet all her needs. All the carers are kind, attentive and caring. We have experienced daily visits, increasing now to live in care and I could not be happier with the service provided.

I am extremely pleased with the attentive care that Real Care Solutions provides for my elderly mom. Mum has carers who genuinely care and that makes all the difference. I have been using this agency for over twelve months and it's heartwarming to see that the carers are deeply invested in my mom's well-being. Routine and continuity are crucial for dementia patients and I am selective about who helps me care for Mom and Real Care Solutions provides this.

My brother and I have been using Real Care Solutions for around four months. Very happy all round. Easy to communicate with and seem attentive. They use an app which the family can all access. This app allows us to be kept informed about the visits and what goes on, including details on what she is eating and medication. It is very good. They also send out a weekly rota of who and when the visits are although the times are kept pretty regular. They are also flexible in terms of bank holidays and in our case, Sundays as we often take Mum out. They have three visits on a standard day, morning, lunch and bedtime. They take her out and about as appropriate, collect meds and help with medical appointments, e.g. jabs and so on. Personally, I have been very impressed and satisfied.

I can't recommend these people highly enough. They are carers who actually care. They helped me a lot with my mum and ensured that she received the safe and dignified care that she deserved. The manager and her staff are amazing people who genuinely want the best for their patients. I can't thank them enough.
