We found the carers very professional and kept to the time my husband requested. They personalised my husbands care and were very patient and respected his dignity. He enjoyed their company. We found everyone very caring and he had excellent personal care.

Lovehands is run by professional and caring management. They are very thorough and any issues or concerns are quickly dealt with. They have a personal touch, and will come out to meet you and put appropriate care into place, The Carers are lovely people and have a good knowledge. However, on the
odd occasion, initiative needed to be used rather than merely doing the same jobs each day, especially when the client was not well and needed extra care. This was recognised by the management and addressed.
Overall very happy with the service and care. Thank you.

We have used Lovehands since August 2024 when our father became ill and was unable to walk. We began with 12 hour days and moved to a shorter daily period as he recovered. We can not recommend them highly enough. The standard of care has been excellent, supported by incredibly efficient operational
and cusrtomer care support.

Thank you everyone for your care and kindness. It has been a big shift for dad after being so settled with his last care company team.
In comparison , Lovehands are less organised and there is less initiative taking and attention to detail.
The staff member at the office has always been excellent
in her responses to us but the general areas could be improved organisationally.

Lovehands care services are excellent with everything they do for mum and are always there for the family aswell. They are professional friendly and reliable. We would not consider not having Lovehands care services in our lives in mum's situation and her needs. Thank you Lovehands for everything

I cannot say how impressed I was with these carers. They were cheerful, full of smiles, efficient, gentle and effective. I can't put it more highly than this. - If and when I am ill, if the same manager and carers are there, then send me Lovehands.

We were introduced to the Lovehands team when my sister-in-law became unable to care for herself and her husband, who had dementia. From the outset, the care was excellent in the most difficult situations. Communication with the office and team was available at all times. The carers were kind,
compassionate and well-trained. The admin team is efficient and a great help in very difficult circumstances. They get 5 stars.

Lovehands Care Services provided an excellent sitting service for my husband which gave me some valuable respite time as his full-time carer.
His carer was caring and compassionate towards my husband. He took his time to get to know him and took an interest in his interests. His timekeeping was
good and he was always happy to help me with anything I needed.

I cannot thank Lovehands and their team enough for the care and support offered to my Dad and myself.
Through challenging, upsetting times, Lovehands stepped in and quickly established good relationships and routines, to which my Dad responded well and soon became settled.
From management to the
carers supporting my Dad, the care has been exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone needing care in the home.
They made difficult times much easier!

This is care with a capital C. Professional, responsive, excellent communication between carers and managers and family. I've worked with 7 private agencies, setting up packages for 3 elderly loved ones. This is the first agency I recommend, (to be fair I've had some nightmare experiences) Most
importantly Mum is happy with her carers as she has regulars and has got to know them. She's always clean and tidy and calls are on time. Top of the class for us!

Lovehands have cared for my Mother for the past 2 and a half years and have provided her with excellent service. The staff are kind and always go the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble, they listened to my Mum and treated her with dignity and respect. We had a great relationship with the
management team who were always very responsive. Mum felt very much part of the Lovehands family who clearly cared for her.

Lovehands Care Services has supported our father for 18 months. He is eighty-five years old and has vascular dementia. He needs support to continue leading an independent life at home. The great thing about the Lovehands carers is that they take a genuine interest in Dad as a person. They always
talk with him and listen. They are always respectful and treat him with dignity, encouraging him to lead a full life. An excellent service.

I use Lovehands for temporary care when my PA takes a holiday. They have always been very supportive of meeting my requirements.
The staff who have been allocated are always pleasant, kind and caring. I would recommend Lovehands.

The ethos of the directors is excellent, they truly understand what providing care means. They go to great lengths to recruit the best quality staff who deliver care to their exacting standards.

Lovehands have consistently gone above and beyond my expectations. The care they have given my dad has been exceptional. Due to ill health we have had to change the care required at very short notice, several times. These requests have always been met quickly and professionally. I always feel that
Lovehands have my dad's best interest at heart and that they really care about his wellbeing. Thank you for everything that you have done.

Lovehands have been flexible and accommodating about my mother's in home care. Despite all of the difficulties they have provided us with highly qualified and trained staff who care for my mum very diligently and respond to the needs of all of us. Lovehands has become part of the family unit and
they have made a real difference, enabling her to stay at home for longer. I would definitely recommend this agency.
