Has been coping well since 23rd but did need initially a lot of help as whilst walking without aids and needed assistance after the fall which dramatically changed things as I was unable to weight bear and manage pain. Found the Right at Home very good and good people to work with. My mental state
has improved a lot and I am not so befuddled.

Right from the outset RAH gave us confidence that our 89 year old father was in the best hands. The carers were punctual, efficient, expert and very kind. I would recommend RAH without hesitation.

My dad has been using right at Home for the last 6 months and we are very happy with the service. The staff that support are excellent, so caring and supportive. The admin team keep me informed of any issues and I am happy to contact them about things I am worried about.

Right at Home is a fantastic service! The carers are all wonderful people and all unique. They always make my dad feel so special, talking to him. And they deal with any problems that arise. They're extremely fastidious and professional with medication and go with Dad to appointments when necessary.
I trust them fully and would recommend them to anyone looking for carers.

We approached Right at Home Enfield in our hour of need, when our mother died and the extent that Dad had relied on her to manage his life became starkly apparent - pretty much overnight.
The response was prompt, kind and understanding and gave us confidence that we could find a way forward with
Right at Home's help.
Since that time, more than three years ago, Right at Home carers have been a lifeline to us. Unfailingly friendly, helpful and compassionate, Dad has come to regard them all as friends. They listen to his songs, laugh at his jokes, talk through his worries and treat him with the respect that confused, older people are often denied. As his dementia has worsened, they have stepped up - attending to the things we'd rather not with good humour and discretion, while doing all they can to reassure, calm and cheer him.
Supported by the wonderful manager and her office team, they never let us down. They always have Dad's best interests at heart and we couldn't cope without them.

Right at home Enfield were a brilliant service to our dear mum.
- They provided consistent carers whose company my mum enjoyed.
- They took her out for walks, made her cups of tea, chatted, and did a few household chores (changing the bed covers).
- They held regular reviews to ensure her
needs were being met.
- They were on time for visits and notified us in advance of any change in carer (there were 3 our mum were familiar with).
- They were flexible at short notice with any changes we needed to provide care to our mum.
- Communication was good
- They thought our mum was wonderful and they enjoyed her company
We have no hesitation in recommending them to provide care to a loved one.

The agency have provided an exceptional level of care in highly challenging circumstances. My parents have been treated with care and compassion, respect and dignity throughout. We have felt supported as a family by each carer. A difficult job has been managed with skill, and the managers have
responded swiftly to new requirements in care.

My parents have been cared for by Right at Home since November 2022.
The care my parents receive is exceptional and the company is very professional. The carers have developed wonderful relationships with both, and treat them with dignity, kindness and respect. Most importantly, without the
outstanding care they receive, they would not have been able to remain in the home in which they have lived for in excess of 65 years.

I looked into several care companies and had been recommended this one by a former neighbour. We were going from a situation of everyday household help to full-time live-in care, for someone who had no intellectual problems, but physical frailty was the challenge. It was a huge step of faith to move
to a full-time medium care package and at the beginning there was a lot of adjustment to ensure everything was in place to match the standards required for such, safe care. The care meant he had a really good summer with all the support given. We had one main carer for 16 months and she provided much care and companionship in equal measure. My father had wanted to remain at home and he also had an elderly dog, so this too was an aspect that needed consideration. Care at home provided the correct support. We all felt safe with the arrangement and I knew, if we had of needed a higher level of care, that the service could have increased this when required. All round exceptional care.

Right at Home Enfield gave my very elderly mother the most wonderful care in the last two years of her life. She was bedbound and had very serious health problems. As a family, we were so touched by the compassion with which they looked after her and how they went above and beyond what we would have
expected. The carers talked to her and formed a close relationship and did many very thoughtful things such as trying to find foods she might like as her appetite reduced and bringing her magazines and newspapers they thought would interest her. And they were rigorous about her physical care, liaising closely with us and healthcare services. We can't thank them enough and would strongly recommend them.

Prepare to be amazed. First class, genuine, professional and caring. Having worked as a manager for the London Ambulance Service for many years, I know a thing about carers, clinicians and healthcare providers. I chose Right at Home Enfield for my old girl based on their reviews and here I am
leaving my own review. I cant say they are better than the others as I have not tried the others. What I can say is if you use Right at Home Enfield, you wont need to try the others. They really are that good.

Right at Home has been a company I respect and happy to recommend to people who have Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
The staff are professionals who treat customers with respect. They take their time in reading with the customers and go through a lot of activities that keep the customer alet and
get them motivated and respond positively.

Fantastic team of professionals and the best home care company we could have hoped for. My mom got on so well with her carers that they almost became like family and nothing ever was too much trouble. The director is very involved with his team and is always reachable. All changes, even at short
notice, were accommodated for - they made a massive difference to all our lives. We wish this company all the success in the world!

This amazing care company came into our lives in November 2021 right in the middle of Covid to look after my elderly mother who had previously disliked having carers. However, as soon as they started providing care, my mother's life and health improved considerably. She loves all the carers and gets
on really well with all of the team, especially the lead carer. The staff and management are extremely caring, professional, friendly and trustworthy. They have built up a lovely friendship with Mum and she now looks forward to the visits leaving me worry-free, knowing she is happy and well cared for and after being with around seven care companies, hand on heart this is the best homecare agency in Enfield we have come across.
