to digest breakfast before lunch is served. Door is not closed when leaving property. Not even worth the one star. Management do not address problems when contacted.

Some carers good some bad, who undercook food. Management doesn’t get back to you when you have a complaint. I would avoid this company. Very rarely are they on time and most do not stay for their time slot.

Dear manager, I am appalled that a service that shows quite high standards in the care home side of things are not as good as the home visits that some of your staff provide on their visits to Alzheimer's, Dementia and elderly people in their own homes.
They can be rude, ignorant, never on a
regular time (daily) sometimes not even in uniform, which can confuse the Alzheimers and Dementia patients also not always abiding by how to treat and be around Dementia patients and causing unease and stress.
It's very sad that the families have enough to cope with, without having to worry how the carers are going to be on the day, and sitting waiting for when they are going to arrive, always thought that carers were there to help not hinder or cause more worry and stress.
