My sister and I would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for the dedicated 24/7 care shown to our mother by the wonderful carers at Appleby Care. Their genuine care made the final 2 months of her life as comfortable as it could be. The respect and dignity they showed her was just like they were caring for their own mother and their attention to her needs (including all the little things like brushing her hair and teeth) was remarkable. With their kindness and patience the carers were still able to understand her needs despite Mum having lost most of her ability to speak. They were a joy to have around and even supported my sister and I when our father passed away in October. We will always be so grateful for everything that they did for our mother and couldn't have wished for better end of life carers. We would highly recommend them to anyone whose family needs the dedicated care provided by these wonderful carers.

My wife has had a major heart operation and was in hospital from the end of January until 5 August. Appleby care came in up to 4 times a day to start with. This was reduced to 2 visits when we became self funding. Tha care and love shown to my wife has been wonderful. We have 3 different carers who all take looking after my wife's personal care, and wellbeing and encouragement to get better and more active had been 1st class . Thank you

Appleby Care visit my mother twice daily to help with medication, preparing food and personal hygiene. They ring or text with any concerns they have which is so helpful. I feel able to contact them if I want them to check anything. I feel happy knowing she isn't so isolated and has a chat with someone twice a day.

The staff of Appleby Care went above and beyond on many occasions for us on behalf of my dad and in turn my mum. All of the carers who came were patient, competent, friendly and respectful and Prosper the main carer was brilliant getting dad to do his twice daily rehab exercises to help with his mobility.

Kind, considerate and caring with a truly professional attitude in all that they did for my father. There was no slapdash rushing off as soon as possible, visits showed what quality care is all about. Many thanks to a fantastic quality, caring team at Appleby Care.

Appleby Care are very supportive of all care for my aunt. Always on time, always willing to go further than they need to with care and all aspects of personal hygiene including washing, dressing and cleaning.

Appleby has been nothing short of amazing in supporting my mum's care. Since her dementia and Alzheimer's diagnosis, things have been challenging, and we wouldn't have been able to navigate her care without their exceptional support. They consistently keep us updated on their visits and ensure we are well informed about Mum's well-being. They truly go above and beyond-attending meetings with local authorities to advocate for the care she needs. The team are an absolute Godsend, and we couldn't manage Mum's care effectively without them!
