When I first had to have carers helping my mum I was worried due to horror stories in the press, but all the carers that have looked after her over the past couple of years are so kind and treat her as if she was their own mum. Everyone at Care Confidence have done a wonderful job taking care not
only my mum, but also myself and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have received day care and overnight care, both have been excellent. The carers were proficient, pleasant and attentive to my needs. I can highly recommend Care Confidence.

My dad needed care for the last few years until his passing in September 2025. Care Confidence provided great care to my dad. I was glad to know he was receiving the right care from a respectful and friendly team. Thank you so much.

I am really glad I have the manager's team at Care Confidence. It is a very good team. I am glad I have Care Confidence because I would be lost without them. I got ill with shingles, and two particular staff members really helped because I could not go out. The boss really cares when I'm very low,
he is a good listener and really understands. This team helps a lot of people and the support worker are very good.

Care Confidence is my first contact with any care company, which was due to my wife's illness, and I have not been disappointed with my dealings with them over the past 6 months. Many of their staff have attended to my wife. I have found the carers very experienced in their work, they are courteous
and treat my wife with dignity, gentleness and kindness and with some humour. They are also punctual in their time keeping. The company is flexible if changes need to be made, and someone is always available to speak.
In general, the company provide an excellent service when people are at their most vulnerable.

Care Confidence is a very professional organisation. Management are always ready to hear requests and do their utmost to accommodate. The staff are wonderful. Always pleasant and ready to do any task that assists my husband or me. I cannot praise Care Confidence enough for the service they provide
in a caring, practical way and dignity for the service user is always paramount.

The staff have been courteous and friendly each visit. They have entered and exited my home in a careful way always announcing themselves when they arrive.

A great company, very caring, a good understanding of clients' needs. First class in an emergency, i.e. I needed help to get this lady into her flat, up six steps - Ambulance were refusing to do it despite prior warning. This company have come out extra to contract to help this lady, can't ask for
more.

I would like to thank you for all the wonderful care I received last year. I have expressed my feelings to both the caring and financial assessment teams. The name Care Confidence is just right as every team member displays loving care towards me. I have had music and singing as part of my time with
your team. Christmas day a carer dropped a small gift in the porch and New Years Eve a carer dropped round to wish a happy New Year. When your housebound its important to have carers who really care. My carers keep me happy and safe protecting my mental state. When my time is done with Care Confidence, I shall be sad that I am losing their great visits. Thank you for all you have done for me.

My mother sadly passed away at the hospice on Wednesday where she had been for 6 weeks and prior to that in and out of hospital. Before this she had carers calling twice a day from Care Confidence. This family run business is so very caring even when mum was no longer having them to her home they
kept in touch to see how she was. I would advise anyone who is looking for someone professional and caring to look after their loved ones to use Care Confidence. They are also looking after my father in law who is 101 and absolutely loves their visits to his house. Without them my mother and father in law would have had a very different experience as they come towards the end of their lives. I cannot praise them enough for their professional and caring attitude.

Honestly, they’ve been great. As a family we have 2 parents with dementia who care and confidence look after us. We do want the best care for our parents, and we certainly get it from the manager's team in difficult circumstances. It’s a very tough illness to manage and they do their best. They’re a
lovely team. As a recruiter, to hear how the staff respects and likes the boss means there’s a good culture and ethos to the business. We appreciate everything they do. They also take on our feedback and regular requests without complaint. Thanks so much.

I got care confidence for my dad who is 89 and has Parkinson’s. My dad settled well with the carers and they were all lovely and very professional. My dad got well looked after. The man who runs the company is also lovely and no matter what I asked him to do nothing was too much trouble. He was also
very professional in the way he dealt with things. Unfortunately, my dad has had to go into a care home so we no longer require the services of care confidence but I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Big thank you to the manager and the team.

Dad was always happy with the professional, friendly and supportive team of Care Confidence Home Care. As his daughter, they gave me peace of mind when I was unable to be with Dad. Dad sadly passed in October 2023, but I know he was grateful for that support enabling him to stay at home. Highly

Care Confidence Home Care was highly recommended to us by friends in a similar situation. Mum had been diagnosed with mixed dementia and was very unsteady on her feet, her health was also declining. After a sudden decline and a three-week stay in hospital, we realised that we would need carers if we
were to keep Mum at home with her husband of sixty-five years. As a family, we all wanted to keep Mum at home and if possible, not in a nursing home. The owner/manager of Care Confidence visited us at home with Mum to discuss her needs and requirements. A care plan was tailored to include personal care, aid mobilisation/hoist, administer medication. They were the practical requirements but I must highlight the kindness, empathy and respect given to Mum by the owner/manager and every carer of the team. Mum was 'talked' to and shown 'dignity' every visit which put her at ease and built up a friendship which was so lovely for us to see. Care Confidence gave us the help we needed to give Mum a happy quality of life.

We joined Care Confidence Home Care in July 2022, we were looking for personal care and companionship for our son. We found everything that we wanted and more with this company. Not only are the carers fantastic but the company itself is amazing, the owner is always at the end of the phone and no
matter the situation will always try and find the solution to any issue. One main point about this company is that the owner will actually do client visits himself and is very hands-on. This is something that we never had with any previous care companies. Our son is a wheelchair user plus his medical conditions mean that food is an issue for him, however with the carers, they always ensure that his food is right for him and safe for him to eat. Our son is more relaxed, happy and willing to try new things and places since he has been cared for by Care Confidence. This means our family is happy knowing that he is the company's priority and he is completely safe with them. I would highly recommend.

I could not be happier with the care that has been provided for my grandma since her care started only a few weeks ago. My grandma was not sure at first as she is a very independent lady and likes things done her way, the carers have been so patient, caring and understanding with her and she has
taken to them so well now! My grandma loves seeing her carers now and even enjoys singing and dancing with them in the mornings which is lovely to read on the app while I am at university! I would recommend Care Confidence Home Care and their manager to anyone in need of support with their loved ones. 10/10!

Excellent service allowing Mum to stay in her own home. Carers help Mum with personal care and some housework. Family have access to an app which allows carers to leave notes for the family. In twelve months we have not had a missed visit and no issues when we have needed to cancel as long as notice
has been given.

Reliable, professional, trustworthy and compassionate in everything they did to support my mother, whilst keeping her dignity and independence at all times. Care Confidence Home Care took the pressure off me knowing my mother was happy, safe and comfortable with the care team. I have no hesitation
