We couldn't be more grateful for the incredible support this care agency has provided to my mother-in-law. From the very beginning, they have been compassionate, professional, and truly understanding throughout Mum's journey. They've taken the time to listen to our concerns and have consistently
ensured that her care reflects her changing needs.
What stands out most is how they tailored the package of care specifically to suit Mum, adapting it thoughtfully as circumstances evolved. Their approach has always been consistent and reassuring, which has made a real difference not only to Mum's wellbeing but also to our peace of mind as a family.
The team goes above and beyond, and we feel very fortunate to have such dedicated carers supporting us. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable, person-centred care.

Highlights: Compassionate, respectful staff includes kindness, professionalism, skilled, experienced, consistency and continuity of service provision.
I cannot thank all for the help and assistance they have provided in looking after my wife while she fights with the debilitating disease of
dementia. The office staff are extremely pleasant and efficient and will do their best to meet any requirement, no matter how unusual, or late in the day it may be. In particular, my grateful thanks to "A" who provides domestic care so much more than just looking after her and keeping her safe. In her absence "M" who provides domestic care, too had been efficient and skilled with caring attitude, towards my vulnerable wife.
Communication has been clear, which has really helped us feel at ease as a family. We're grateful for the support and feel confident continuing with their care.

Thank you to Rolling Hearts for providing care to an elderly and much loved and valued member of our family.
From the moment we met they have been professional and considerate of our individual circumstances. We had little experience of care services, and they guided and advised us with our
needs. They were never pushy and have been extremely accommodating to get the balance of care just right for us. In particular, we wanted our care plan to focus on both care and rehabilitation where we could, to maintain a degree of independence for as long as possible. It was important to us that we did not feel like we had an invalid person in the family and that we could do a few things to help maintain a positive future outlook. Rolling Hearts agreed to assist with motivation and encouragement to always 'feel better', which helped the whole family's wellbeing. We were exhausted managing alone and with their support, they are now part of our family and we are happy enjoying life again.

We introduced carers from Rolling Hearts a few months ago when my mum with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and cataracts affecting her eyesight deteriorated to the point of being bed bound. Their attention and care for my mum has been outstanding treating her as if they were her own mother in
terms of gently nudging her to do things while being extremely patient. Her English is not great so they have taken extra time and learnt the odd phrase in our mother tongue to form a bond. She now is getting up out of bed to walk twice a day. The company also gave great guidance on equipment, sanitary items and how to wash her hair with low mobility.
My father was away recently for a week and I was able to manage with the carers support three times a day while working full time. Would thoroughly recommend to others - the price is reasonable without compromising quality.
