Lilies24 Healthcare have been providing my care sing August 24. The care I receive is outstanding, I feel that I am very well cared for. I like the fact that they are consistent with who cares for me. They share an interest in my hobbies and music taste, they have my best interest at heart. I have
no complaints at all, they are a honest and reliable team. I would most certainly recommend them.

Lilies24 Healthcare have been caring for my husband since August 2024. The care he has received has been nothing more than outstanding. The team arrive with smiles on their faces everyday and never fail to ask how I am. They provide excellent communication, and have skill managed to get during all
types of weather. Always clean and smartly dressed, polite and extremely caring. I would definitely recommend this care team 100%.

The carers provide an excellent service for my father , they look after him every day and go above and beyond . Nothing is too much trouble . They're polite caring and very reliable . I would definitely recommend this care team to friends & family .
They're prompt if my fathers needs anything &
always on the ball if he as any skin problems or any health issues .
They make lovely nutritious meals for him , it's reassuring to me that he's being taken care of .
The service is a very professional caring service all the carers are very pleasant reliable & punctual .
Dad looks forward to them calling every day .
They make sure dad wears clean cloths & that his hygiene needs are taken care of . He always looks clean & tidy . They groom his hair & keep him looking really tidy .
The kitchen is clean & tidy when they've prepared food & bins emptied .
My dad suffers from dementia & they are really understanding & communicate really well him .

The care my father receives from the manager and her team is outstanding.
All the staff are caring kind and patient they go above and beyond for everything they do for my father.
I cannot praise them enough nothing is too much trouble he is in very capable hands.
They are punctual reliable and
consistent with who cares for him.
Communication with the manager is excellent she is approachable and professional and I know she has his best interest at heart. I really have no complaints at all they do a wonderful job.

Absolutely outstanding care received by the manager and her team. Arrive on time as arranged, with regular reviews by the manager. Be prepared to get a team that cares because that is exactly what you will get with the manager and her team.

Lilies24 Healthcare has been looking after me on a daily basis for over 2 years. They are very friendly and reliable. They make sure I take all my medication and help me in the bathroom. They do my shopping and feed my cat. They are very helpful and I feel safe with them.

Lilies24 Healthcare has been looking after my disabled Aunty and her husband (now deceased) for two years now. It was the best decision we have made.
Besides the standard care which they consistently supply they have helped her through her bereavement and given her special treatment at Christmas
and on her Birthday. They are extremely well managed and have daily plans on their system to monitor medication, appointments, routine maintenance and arranging community transport bookings.
What I am particularly pleased with is the medical knowledge of their manager, who checks prescriptions, communicates with doctors and hospital specialist even takes my Aunty to appointments when necessary.
She communicates with me on a regular basis and we have a superb professional and friendly relationship.
I am always sent accurate invoices detailing extra duties and the charges reviewed and kept up to date with her changing council care plan.
Thank you to all her lovely kind and caring staff.
