Good Companions is a fantastic Home Care Provider. The team is friendly, patient and extremely understanding to my parents' needs. I feel reassured when I know they are making a visit and they always have my parents' best interests at heart.

Good companions team including an exceptional team leader are true carers, kind and respectful to my 92 year old father who now has early onset dementia. He found it difficult at first having to be looked after but the team made him feel like a member of the 'family' and they even enjoy his dry jokes! They are efficient, helpful and totally reliable and you can be sure your loved one is in good hands. As I am located a distance away from my father I am able to feel he is well looked after and they are so very patient with him. He does not want to go into a home and good companions are making his wishes come true. thank-you all the team.

Good companions have cared for my grandmother for around 2 months now. I very rarely write reviews but I have been so impressed with the care granny has received I felt it was very much deserved. The company took away all the stress, dealt with all referrals and even liaised with her G.P. The team picked up a uti and thanks to the carers swift action, granny was treated with antibiotics and this prevented her being admitted to hospital. Without good companions absolute care and compassion, there is no way she would be able to remain in her own home. I sincerely thank the staff and management for everything they do. I am so glad I found good companions, me and gran honestly don't know what we would do without you. We both thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Good companions came highly recommended from a number of sources that we researched before choosing a care provider for my mother. What we wanted was actual care, kindness, and efficiency and these have been consistently delivered from the outset by the team of carers. We wanted mum to be reenabled as far as possible following hospitalisation and this has been achieved, although ongoing support will likely be needed into the future.

The best care provider that is around. Provided the most exceptional 24/7 home care for my nan result in her last few months of being dignified and peaceful. My nan could not have been cared for any better.

I have been using Good Companions to provide cover for me to have respite time away from my caring role. The service provided is always exactly what I ask for, the level of care and respect my husband receives means I don't have any worries about leaving him in their care whilst I am out. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a first rate all encompassing care company.

Good Companions have been amazing with mother-in-law and more recently as her needs increased, we (family) and they worked together to ensure care was safe and supportive. Communication is 5 stars. The app to have the care notes to hand is a reassuring, informative and comforting tool to have. All carers are amazing and truly have time for the people they are supporting. Really do not know where we'd be without these lovely guys, especially in the last few weeks. Definitely do not give the impression that money is the first priority and each and every one of them should be proud of themselves. No other words but to say thank you.

Simply the best providers in the area, in all regards. Thoroughly recommended by me. The manager's team are superb and are a great help and comfort to my dad and as a result, me too. I'm delighted that the business continues to grow and grow.

The caregivers exhibited exceptional dedication and compassion, fostering a nurturing environment. Their profound knowledge in dementia care, combined with sincere kindness, markedly enhanced my mother’s well-being. I am genuinely appreciative of the invaluable support they consistently offer. I can’t put into words how the carers supported my Dad and the family during an extremely difficult time. My Dad was terminally ill and everyone went above and beyond for us all. For example, the carers would ask my Dad his favourite meals and cook whatever he wanted from scratch. They also built a great rapport with Dad and felt like almost one of the family. Can’t recommend enough and Dad’s last weeks were made as comfortable as possible. We have stayed in touch with some of the carers, as we will never forget what they have done for us.
