Since Ashbee Care have been caring for my mum since November 2025 and the difference they have made to her life, my dads, mine and my husband has been exceptional and their TLC for my mum is above and beyond . They gave me the confidence to go away for a few days knowing that both of my parents
would be ok. My mum hasn't looked as good as she does for the past 2 years thank u guys. The fun they bring daily to their household is a joy to mum and dads otherwise very quiet life. My dad suffered a tia and the team noticed and called the ambulance for me and he got the urgent care he needed to return home to my mum

For me, Ashbee Home Care = Peace of Mind. In the 8 months they have been looking after our Mother - who is 94, she has received nothing but conscientious, first rate service. Her care team is small, professional and consistent. They all show high empathy, compassion and concern for her wellbeing
and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Critically Mum likes them all and what I see when I check in always provides comfort and confidence that she is in good hands. Thank you Ashbee!

Ashbee don't work for you, they work with you to find the best possible package of care. My friend has dementia, and I have always found the manager, care manager and the staff to be professional, polite and proud of helping my friend and neighbour in he's home. He can struggle with simple tasks,
but Ashbee gentle encourages my friend forward, if he is able. Smart appearance, on time, and approachable. In my opinion, all home care company's should operate the way Ashbee does.

Fantastic, small agency who have really high standards, go the extra mile frequently (collecting emergency prescriptions, writing a shopping list, picking up emergency supplies etc) and actually care, in the true sense of the word.
Communication is brilliant - regular, friendly, professional and
timely.
A huge weight has been lifted knowing my step-dad is in such good hands and is genuinely happy, having formed good relationships with each of his carers.
Consistent team means familiar faces and routines. Regular slots at the same time every day. Fluent English speakers means no issues with communication/ comprehension. Prompt to reply to my questions. Very proactive with suggestions. Clear with expectations. Honestly could not fault them so far (been with them for 6 months). They are slightly more expensive than others but, having started the care package with another, cheaper agency, I can honestly say you get what you pay for - the difference is marked. Cannot praise Ashbee higher

Fantastic care. They came in at very short notice and have helped my mother to recover from a serious injury. They have also acted as an excellent link between us and the medical services who are attending her.

Since Ashbee care have taken over the care of my mum. There has been a dramatic improvement in my mum before Ashbee took over my mum couldn't get out of bed. Now with lots of encouragement my mum Now gets out of bed and is able to walk to the living room.
Living so far away the Ashbee care team
give me peace of mind that my mum is being looked after.

The managers and the team have been fantastic for my Nan. Before Ashbee was looking after her she could hardley get out of bed. Since Ashbee has been helping the change has been amazing. Nan will now get out of bed with help and really enjoys seeing the Ashbee staff.

The whole team at Ashbee Home Care were superb. The care, kindness and compassion they showed towards my father was incredible. They were all very professional with their duty of care and support they provided but delivered it with a personal touch and we cannot thank them enough. We couldn't have

I live a long way away from my stepdad. Mum died suddenly leaving my stepdad on his own and needing additional support that I am unable to provide. The service is professional and supportive, caring and compassionate. They really care about their client's needs and have been so supportive as we

My stepdad, who has limited mobility, was living on his own after my mother passed away suddenly. He was initially reactant to have any help as they were always independent, but after he had a fall it quickly became apparent we desperately needed some care assistance for him (both my sister and I
live several hours away). From the start, when contacted they were kind and understanding of his needs. It gives us tremendous reassurance to hear how grateful he is for all the professional care and assistance he receives from the care workers, whilst still respecting his desire for his own independence in aspects of his life. Recently they've gone out of their way to ensure he is getting appropriate medication from his GP and helping him with getting the best possible assistance from the occupational therapy team at the NHS. It gives us great reassurance to know he is getting such tremendous care with constant updates on his wellbeing.

Ashbee Home Care has been outstanding! We have used their services for the last year to help with our family member who has dementia with associated anger and paranoia. They have managed to build a friendship with her in spite of resistance to needing care and challenging behaviour. We are so

My sister and I were very anxious when we realised Dad needed more care at home than we could provide.
We were anxious about who would be in his home when we couldn't. We knew it was important to find people who genuinely cared. When we met the manager and his wife we realised it was an agency
driven by the passion of wanting to do it right.
It is hard to describe the relief we felt as the manager and his wife took time to get to know Dad, and they focused on what made him happy- especially when he returned home from hospital where he probably contracted COVID-19.
The team worked on helping my Dad regain his strength and sense of humour.
The Ashbee agency is worth every penny, you could not ask for more. They are proactive in their approach and know how to access the right people to make things happen. If they have vacancies and your loved ones need care I would highly recommend them.

Ashbee have proved to be excellent in the care they are giving our mother in Weymouth. The team caring for our mother have really got to know her and are able to help her in a very practical, engaging and cheerful way. They focus on achieving the outcomes agreed upon, with encouragement when needed,
rather than just recording 'client declined' which we have seen elsewhere. As a small and experienced team, there is consistency in who is visiting and the care provided, backed up by clear management and what appears to be a strong set of values. Although it is a small team, all shifts have always been fully covered. We are very pleased to have engaged Ashbee and can thoroughly recommend them.
