What a fantastic care company. The service and care was outstanding ..my dad was treat with dignity and love, it was as if my dad was one of their family members. Unfortunately we only had 2 weeks with this company as my dad was on end of life care .. but he was able to come home and spend his last
days where he wanted to be. On the day he passed away the 2 carers who were on duty cleaned my dad and even said a prayer, which was very moving. Our family truly wish we had known about Rose and her fantastic group of carers months before my dad passed as his life would have been so much better.
Highly recommend this care company 100%

One staff member in particular has been mostly looking after my father for the last 18 months. She has been kind ,caring and empathetic with my father. The manager and her husband have also gone above and beyond their job to support me and my father throughout this time and I am so grateful for
their support all through the ,sometimes difficult, days he has had. They are always kind caring and so supportive and I could not have coped without them .

From the start to the last day of care, I had great confidence in every member if the team. This care enabled me to look after my husband in our own home. The carers arrived punctually and we were always greeted with a smile. Although my husband was nonverbal and unable to respond to them in
words, the carers always spoke to him, explained what they were doing (washing, dressing, positioning in bed) and always checked that he was safe and comfortable. The care was delivered holistically, and genuine interest was expressed in my wellbeing too.
I felt confident and reassured in leaving my husband in the capable hands of the night carers. All in all, a wonderful team and I am very grateful for their kindness and support.

A wonderful caring service. Outstanding flexibility to cater for my Nan's personal needs. The home delivery team are reliable and understanding and nothing is too much trouble. So pleased I found this service for my family member

The team were simply fantastic when caring for my mother in the latter and final stages of her life – they were clearly born to care. Their experience, skill, and knowledge meant that my mother wanted for nothing as we were supported in negotiating the world of end-of-life care and all of the
different organisations involved. My mother was calm and comfortable throughout the time she received care, and I appreciate more than I can say that in her final days, the team’s attention to detail ensured that her needs were not just met as they arose, but foreseen and prepared for. My mother was cared for as though she was a member of their family rather than a client.
The team were tremendously kind and thoughtful, doing their best to look after not only my mother, but the whole family.
It is not possible to make losing a loved one easy, but the support that Inspire Lives Care Services provided to my whole family eased this pain and will never be forgotten by any of us.

The team are brilliant. I've no complaints whatsoever. My husband has had very good care from the team as their own family. I've had them come to look after my husband while I was on my trip to visit family abroad for four weeks, and I never worried for once.
I would recommend Inspire Live Care
Service in the future; if I need help, I definitely use them again.
