The approach adopted by T &G was professional and caring from day 1. Always co operative and able to accommodate any needs and changes to arrangements. Detailed reports are provided regularly and on time giving all necessary information. Good value and professional service providers. Tha care provided by T & G has produced a marked improvement in Mums' general demeanor and manners. Would strongly recommend T & G.

The owner is extremely helpful always willing to adapt to your needs. The care that is provided to your loved one is paramount they're not just there for the finance's they actually care. They support the family and their needs also.

After my Mum was discharged from hospital she still needed after care at home. With a lot of research I found T & G Services highly recommended. Mum has now been with two carers over a month. The care, professionalism and respect they have given to Mum has been outstanding! Not only has Mum got a better quality of life with them, it's also a huge relief for me not having to worry about her care! Thank you to both of you. You are all Angels in disguise.

We have received care for my Mum over the last couple of months and are really pleased with the level of care and professionalism. My mum lives with Dementia and at times can present very challenging behaviour which is always handled in a calm and caring manner. Both of the carers support Mum and Dad on a daily basis, they are reliable, punctual and a ray of sunshine in what is a difficult time for us as a family. I feel blessed that we have found such a great care company who not only provide practical care but emotional support and valuable advice for overall care for Mum.

The care workers have been attentive to the service user's care and medical needs. The service user has complex medical needs and care workers have been diligent in addressing these needs.

I've been using T & G Homecare Services since July 2024. They provide an outstanding care for me, always on time. I don't have to worry who is coming and when, I have my two carers that take turns to see me, they are caring, friendly and helpful.

T & G Home care Services have been coming to us since the beginning of November. We have found them to be a great asset to our lives and, without exception, are exceedingly caring, respectful and helpful. There are usually a few laughs and giggles to start the day and what can be better medicine than that? We think ourselves very lucky to have found such a little treasure.
