All the girls are lovely. Genuinely care for their patients and for others living within the household. The office staff are very easy to get hold of if i have any concerns and very supportive with the ongoing issues we currently have. Thank you

We have been using All4U care for about 14 months now. We started with waking overnight care and all carers were respectful and helpful. Recently we reduced our requirement to afternoon sits only and can thoroughly recommend the care my husband receives. The carers are like friends and always happy
to help and support. Always punctual and communicate well if there are any issues. Nothing is too much trouble.

All 4 U Care has provided outstanding care and support to my elderly mother and the staff have become like an extended family to Mum and always keep us informed and alert us to any difficulties Mum is having.
They treat her with care, kindness and respect and despite initially being reluctant to accept
that she needs support Mum now looks forward to their twice daily visits. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they go out of their way to accommodate Mums wishes including cooking her a full English breakfast!
On occasions Mum has had a fall and carers have called the appropriate medical staff, reassured and stayed with Mum and informed us throughout about what is happening.
I know that without the support of All 4 U care Mum wouldn't be able to stay in her own home and we would be very worried about her coping.
Thank you to everyone at All 4 U Care for your professionalism, kindness and care. We would be lost without you and absolutely recommend your services.

The carers did a great job, being efficient and kind even when dad was difficult, always on time with good feedback to the family. We had good communication from the managers, they were responsive to changing needs and helpful.

My Aunt had mild dementia and needed extra support at home . All 4 U at Frinton were a fantastic team. Communication was prompt and they responded well to changes in my Aunts needs with altering level of care as appropriate .
I have used other care companies in the past for other relatives and found
All 4U to be extremely professional , caring and compassionate .
The carers really got to know my Aunt , her background and what made her tick which gave her a very positive experience .

I used All 4 U Care for my elderly mum as she began to get very frail and forgetful. From my initial telephone call, I was very impressed with their service. They were very kind and caring. The team were very well trained and adapted as Mum's needs changed over time. Mum felt very comfortable with her
carers, mainly having the same carer on each visit, who went above and beyond what you would expect. Mum was always treated with kindness and shown dignity and respect. Communication with all team members was excellent.

All 4 U Care were amazing with my Dad, he was adamant he was not going into a care home even when he became increasingly more frail and unable to look after himself properly! This made life increasingly difficult for me as an only child.
All 4 U Care went into Dad four times a day, he got to love
the girls and they loved him. This gave me more confidence that we could look after Dad at home, which we did! Nothing was too much trouble. Even in Dad's last few hours, they were with me, supporting me mentally and emotionally! I am not sure I could have got through those last days without them.

Our mum started using the service in August 2023 and has used their services up until recently. Initially, it was for some assistance for day-to-day care such as helping with lunch and getting ready for bed. In June last year, our mum needed 4 times a day visits due to illness and the staff were as
professional, caring and compassionate as ever. They were always in contact with me with any concerns and anything I wanted them to keep an eye on they did. This was made easier by the expert help of the services management team. The carers always turned up in good spirits and cheered my mum up. The management was always available to assist if I needed to ask advice or arrange any extra care. This was made easy with a phone app where I could see who was due to come and when. Also, my mum's care notes were available on the app too. The whole team were quite flexible and accommodating and my mum's care was very person-centred. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I've always found all of the care team of a high standard but recently they went above and beyond what was expected.
Just after Christmas my father had a problem with his catheter and we needed help, it took one phone call to the team and they advised us and helped. When the district nurse turned up
Two wonderful team members turned up and waited to hoist my father (the client) and help the Nurse with what she needed. They were kind, reassuring, respectful and so helpful to us as a family but most of all to my father (the client). The whole team make you feel your not doing this on your own caring for a family member is hard and can feel very overwhelming at times but the All For U care team are always there to help, even if it's just to listen to the caregiver.

I met one member of staff in particular in store at the office during a time of crisis and she immediately put me at ease, she came and met my gran and handled her very well, answering all of her questions and supporting us through a significant change in circumstances. Another particular member of

Mum was a client since 2020. Her needs were always prioritised and she was treated with respect and dignity. As Mum's care needs escalated, the contact with us as a family was excellent and the carers and management were proactive and attentive. We could not have asked for Mum to be treated with more

My mum was cared for by All 4 U Care during Covid and up until June 2023.
The staff treated her with compassion and kindness and nothing was too much trouble for them.
They also treated our family with kindness during a particularly difficult time.
Any problems that we encountered were dealt with

The care received by my husband was given with respect and dignity for his needs. He enjoyed going out for the afternoon and being driven by the member of staff as she reported back to me.

If you need kind, caring and compassionate carers, this is the company to use.
Every single carer is just amazing. They looked after Dad until the end.
As a nurse myself, I was concerned about having carers, as I knew not every care agency is the same. I had no reason to worry.
From the initial review
to the end, communication was brilliant, any concerns were discussed with me and solutions were found.
Dad loved the carers and they also supported Mum as Dad's main carer.
I never had to worry as I knew the carers were professional and knew when to get help and call me. Nothing was too much trouble.
The care given was truly of the highest standard imaginable.

All 4 U Care was by far the best company we used for my Dad's care. The visiting carers supplemented live-in care, as Dad was bed-bound. From the initial meeting in February 2022, I could see that we would be 'friends', nothing was ever too much trouble and the carers genuinely liked and respected Dad,
who was 101 when he passed away. This local company is well-managed and promptness and attention to detail was part of their routine. I would recommend their services unreservedly, we paid for Dad's care and they provided good value for our money.
