Overall, we are happy with the care received. My only comment/concern is the timing of the calls. The carers are frequently late, which I appreciate is in part due to having to use public transport, but it can be frustrating when the carer is an hour late. Once they arrive, the staff are caring, compassionate and patient.
The support provided by workers is very good.
TOILET AND SURROUND AREAS ARE ALWAYS KEEP CLEAN.
From arranging dr appts to collecting prescriptions and keeping me updated I have been impressed and dad has felt looked after
Any issues have been acknowledged and quickly resolved- carers we have met have all been of a very pleasant nature with a few exceptional members of staff
