Mum's care is good, as far as I see.
When it gets warmer she needs to spend time in the garden.

My father is extremely happy with the care received. He is disabled and the carers are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and the help they are providing is making a real difference.

There have been 3 occasions recently when no one has turned up for the 1st visit of the day.
I have been asking for some time for my morning and evening times to be changed to 8am and 8pm but nothing has been done.

Good day, I express my gratitude for your valuable feedback. As previously agreed upon in your package, a morning call at 7am was scheduled. However, you have expressed your desire to modify this schedule as you stated that it was too early for you. We also did let you know that we did not have the capacity to give you an 8am call as you had requested, but should one come up, you were our priority. This was achieved within less than 4 weeks of your initial request, and you have had these now and we have not had any feedback from you that you were not happy with the 8am call you requested. An investigation was launched into the days you said a morning call was never attended, and it was. On these days, you requested a lay-in and communicated this with us. Therefore, the changes were made appropriately. Otherwise, no modifications would be implemented. Both of your calls are occurring at the times you requested and have been for a while.

The care that my mum receives has been exceptional. Each carer who came out to us was kind, patient and friendly and gave my mum the best possible care when she needed it the most, and the family are very thankful.

A wonderfully caring, respectful and professional team looked after my mother and she said herself that she couldn't have wished for better over her last months. Not only were the carers kind and hardworking but they ensured that mum retained as much of her dignity as was possible. Highly recommended.

My husband is severely disabled and can do nothing for himself. He also has vascular dementia and various health problems. The carers are excellent with him, and very caring, even when he gives them agro.

I really have to say, "out of all the caring packages I've had ", this is the best package that I have ever experienced. The staff are very friendly, caring and excellent at their jobs. I'm made to feel excellently cared for, clean and confident, safe and happy. I couldn't ask for a better, honest,

This is a newly arrived care company to this area and they started caring for my husband in early December. It took a little while to get organised but now it has settled down and is good. I like the fact that we mostly get the same carer who has got to know my husband's needs and can relate to him.

When your staff started they were not introduced by your local management team. When your staff started they were not familiar with the slings and hoists that we use. However, they soon learned and are now excellent at what is necessary and very pleasant. It is important that Anglo are inspected by
CQC.
