Overall, we are happy with the care received. My only comment/concern is the timing of the calls. The carers are frequently late, which I appreciate is in part due to having to use public transport, but it can be frustrating when the carer is an hour late. Once they arrive, the staff are caring, compassionate and patient.

The support provided by workers is very good.

All carers that come in to help me with my disability have always been beyond respectful, kind and helpful. They always get their jobs done very quickly and thoroughly whilst making me feel comfortable with laughs and conversation.

My husband is severely disabled and can do nothing for himself. He also has vascular dementia and various health problems. The carers are excellent with him, and very caring, even when he gives them agro.

I really have to say, "out of all the caring packages I've had ", this is the best package that I have ever experienced. The staff are very friendly, caring and excellent at their jobs. I'm made to feel excellently cared for, clean and confident, safe and happy. I couldn't ask for a better, honest, kind, friendly carer and package.

Your staff arrive on time each night. I have 2 carers (staff) they are very pleasant and do a great job.

This is a newly arrived care company to this area and they started caring for my husband in early December. It took a little while to get organised but now it has settled down and is good. I like the fact that we mostly get the same carer who has got to know my husband's needs and can relate to him.

When your staff started they were not introduced by your local management team. When your staff started they were not familiar with the slings and hoists that we use. However, they soon learned and are now excellent at what is necessary and very pleasant. It is important that Anglo are inspected by CQC.

I like the care I receive so far but we have some barriers in communication due to native languages. I am happy with the service as a whole.
