Overall, we are happy with the care received. My only comment/concern is the timing of the calls. The carers are frequently late, which I appreciate is in part due to having to use public transport, but it can be frustrating when the carer is an hour late. Once they arrive, the staff are caring, compassionate and patient.

This is a newly arrived care company to this area and they started caring for my husband in early December. It took a little while to get organised but now it has settled down and is good. I like the fact that we mostly get the same carer who has got to know my husband's needs and can relate to him.

When your staff started they were not introduced by your local management team. When your staff started they were not familiar with the slings and hoists that we use. However, they soon learned and are now excellent at what is necessary and very pleasant. It is important that Anglo are inspected by CQC.
