The support provided by workers is very good.

Overall, we are happy with the care received. My only comment/concern is the timing of the calls. The carers are frequently late, which I appreciate is in part due to having to use public transport, but it can be frustrating when the carer is an hour late. Once they arrive, the staff are caring,
compassionate and patient.

Mum's care is good, as far as I see.
When it gets warmer she needs to spend time in the garden.

My father is extremely happy with the care received. He is disabled and the carers are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and the help they are providing is making a real difference.

There have been 3 occasions recently when no one has turned up for the 1st visit of the day.
I have been asking for some time for my morning and evening times to be changed to 8am and 8pm but nothing has been done.

The care that my mum receives has been exceptional. Each carer who came out to us was kind, patient and friendly and gave my mum the best possible care when she needed it the most, and the family are very thankful.

A wonderfully caring, respectful and professional team looked after my mother and she said herself that she couldn't have wished for better over her last months. Not only were the carers kind and hardworking but they ensured that mum retained as much of her dignity as was possible. Highly

All carers that come in to help me with my disability have always been beyond respectful, kind and helpful. They always get their jobs done very quickly and thoroughly whilst making me feel comfortable with laughs and conversation.

My husband is severely disabled and can do nothing for himself. He also has vascular dementia and various health problems. The carers are excellent with him, and very caring, even when he gives them agro.

I really have to say, "out of all the caring packages I've had ", this is the best package that I have ever experienced. The staff are very friendly, caring and excellent at their jobs. I'm made to feel excellently cared for, clean and confident, safe and happy. I couldn't ask for a better, honest,
kind, friendly carer and package.

Your staff arrive on time each night. I have 2 carers (staff) they are very pleasant and do a great job.

This is a newly arrived care company to this area and they started caring for my husband in early December. It took a little while to get organised but now it has settled down and is good. I like the fact that we mostly get the same carer who has got to know my husband's needs and can relate to him.

When your staff started they were not introduced by your local management team. When your staff started they were not familiar with the slings and hoists that we use. However, they soon learned and are now excellent at what is necessary and very pleasant. It is important that Anglo are inspected by
CQC.

I like the care I receive so far but we have some barriers in communication due to native languages. I am happy with the service as a whole.

My experience with Anglo Support and Housing Ltd has been extremely positive. The team are very dedicated and committed in ensuring they meet the service user's needs. They are good timekeepers. Always well dressed. They are friendly and supportive. They have fantastic communication skills. They
create a relaxing and caring environment. They are very professional in the service they provide. They all have individual skills and bring them together well as a team. An outstanding agency. Thank you.
