Gibson Care are one of the worst examples of for profit care companies. My mum has had them visit every morning in Fife, Scotland for over a year to dispense the nomad medication. They sometimes fail to turn up at all, the CCTV camera has recorded them storming off and slamming the door after just a 2 minute visit. They have failed to deliver the personal hygiene care at all and failed to record proper information. Their staff are inexperienced and change all the time. Management make endless excuses for failures. A complaint has been registered with the Care Inspectorate.

I would not recommend this company or its management to provide care for anyone.

We have been really impressed with the care and compassion shown by all at Gibson. My father-in-law is not able to walk and they have been amazing with him both with his physical needs and his emotional needs. Nothing is too much bother for the team - every obstacle has been overcome quickly and professionally, brilliant service. Thank you and a huge thank you for making my father-in-law feel safe and cared for.
