I would not recommend this company or its management to provide care for anyone.

We are a not for profit wholly owned subsidiary of a charitable trust. We take feedback very seriously and are very shocked to read your experience with our company. We did respond to your complaint to the Care Inspectorate and although we are no longer involved in your mothers care package, we are still very keen to meet with you to discuss your further concerns so that we can improve our service delivery. Despite our best efforts, we have been unable to engage with you to do so. We strive to provide an outstanding quality service and are very sorry that you feel that we did not meet your expectations.
