Thanks to their unwavering support, I am able to remain at home with my parents, for which I am incredibly grateful. Northampton Nursing & Carers Agency has truly made a positive impact on my life, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of compassionate and reliable care.

Not to negate a couple of carers who were very nice, willing to help and knew what they were doing. That set aside I was quite taken aback but the lack of professionalism. No ID, dress code questionable, not greeting and talking to my partner of whom they were there to care for. Some looked disinterested and eager to leave. Meant to be two persons however often one carer would arrive saying the other was running late and never did arrive. Palliative nurses also observed this. Further to this I relayed my concerns to the company via email and never had any reply. Pretty poor all around.

Your carers who came to look after my late husband were fantastic with care. They were so kind, caring and treated him with great respect and dignity. They came four times a day and each and every carer who came were the same. They were also very good at looking after myself. My husband was terminal and they had to cope with my treatment too. They work very hard and deserve more money. Thank you.

Your professional, caring, personable staff were tremendously giving: they cared for our mother with personal care as well as raising her spirits every time they visited, four times a day. We all looked forward to them coming. Mum remembered all their names. They gave such support medically to my sister and I, as often we wouldn't know what to do, like giving out pills, moving to toilet and sitting and walking, they showed us how. They are truly dedicated.

All carers are very polite and helpful in every way. Patient's requests are no trouble and all comforts are achieved. All your staff was so caring and my wife loved them all. Thank you for the day (am) she died for the caring person who made my wife comfortable, although she's now gone. Thank you.

Being new to care services, I write on behalf of all my family, we are extremely impressed with all the services offered to us, particularly with this care service. Staff are kind, helpful, empathetic and nothing is a problem to them. They are friendly with a caring smile, yet maintain professionalism at the same time. Northampton Nursing & Carers Agency has been caring for my husband for 7 years now and we have never regretted it. We have numerous visits each week and sitters for respite, so have a large number of different carers, both male and female. We really value the continuity which has built up in spite of this number of carers, as there is a core group who know us so well, need no guidance from me ever and have built up a close but always professional relationship with us. I often feel they go beyond what they are expected to do and admire their commitment enormously. The coordinators strive to accommodate a flexibility of visit times which allows my husband and me to lead a life which is not constricted by rigid visit rotas. We have been using Northampton Nursing & Carers Agency for our son for 6 years now to provide personal care on weekday mornings and escorting him to a day centre 2 days a week. Northampton Nursing & Carers Agency has always been reliable and has stepped in on occasion when we have needed extra assistance in an emergency at very short notice. The carers just slot into our home environment and are a big help to us each morning. Our son enjoys the social interaction with the staff too.

I asked Northampton Nursing & Carers Agency Ltd to provide care for my wife about 6-months ago on her discharge from hospital. It is a decision I have not regretted. All our carers are female, and we have met some splendid people. They are well trained, efficient, cheerful and pleasant. I have recently recommended them to two people who asked me whether I knew of any good carers.

The carer is prompt, efficient, thoughtful and very good in her duties, ensuring that personal care is up to a high standard, making life very pleasant for the writer. Timekeeping is excellent, hygiene very good, and ensures morning medication is taken. Very good at ensuring walker is available incorrect position.
