My sister lived in London, whilst I live in Manchester, there was no family backup for me in London. Priory were always on hand to help with any issues I had, they were also vigilant in raising any concerns they had about my sister to me. Their carers work incredibly hard, under difficult circumstances. The out of hours service was also a great comfort, and very accessible.

The carers at Priory Nursing Agency and Home Care Ltd, had all these qualities, and would go above and beyond!

Reliable and caring carers, trustful to be with my brother and can rely on and communicate with when needed. The management team are responsive and always happy to help and take into concederation any issue arises.

I have been with this care provider for years, I have the same carer for years who knows me very well and knows all my needs, and she does everything so efficiently with so much love, I feel her as a good friend who looks after me. If I need anything from the agency when I call them, they respond very kindly to any question I have, showing me how lovely they are. I am so proud to have this agency as my care agency, I always recommend them to anyone that needs care, for me, they are the best

Priory Care looked after my aunt for many years. She lived until she was 103 and they played a significant part in this considerable achievement. She lived with my disabled cousin and Priory are now involved in his care. In the past when we have had care crisis that required immediate intervention and response Philip and his team have been excellent. They make managing my cousins care less stressful for me. This is important as I am a full time carer for my wife who has MS and an aged person

Carers arrive promptly, take great care and I recommend Priory Homecare. They treat me with respect for my individual needs and dignity. They are patient and kind. If any problems arise they do their best to help.

I would highly recommend Priory Nursing Agency and Homecare. When my mum went into St John’s Hospice, London and subsequently required a carer to sit with her overnight as she was at risk of falling, the manager of Priory Nursing and the rest of the staff came to my rescue at very short notice.

The manager is compassionate, reliable and efficient and the two carers that looked after mum were fantastic. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for mum in the last few weeks of her life.
