I had good Carers who came to me thank you. The office staff where good at first when i start at AGE UK . But the office staff need to improve there standard and service again. You have to many cares on holiday at one time. You need to give the cares travel time to calls. I left AGE UK because one member of staff in the office had a attitude problem with me.
