The cares are friendly, kind and supportive. Sensitive to my Dad's needs. I have found them very supportive of my needs since I become Dad's live in support since my Mum passed away a few months ago.
The care agency have been able to offer extra visits when required, to allow me to have a break.
So
grateful to all of them.

A & M services have been incredibly flexible, supportive and understanding of my father's care needs. My father speaks highly of the carers who visit him. Whenever I have needed to change his requirements A & M have been happy to oblige. I would recommend this care service.

A&M have been caring for my dad for just over 12 months now and prior to this my mom for approximately 2/3 years.
The knowledge that someone calls every morning allows me the confidence to know that if anything was wrong they would handle the situation and currently my dad is in safe hands.
They
are always very respectful of his wishes and kind and caring. They are willing to help him with any task should he require it. He looks forward to their calls and the variety of conversations that he is able to have with them - (they brighten his day!)
Going forward he will need more help if he wishes to remain at home and I know that A&M will provide that assistance for him.

Generally, the service is very good. Carers are regular and reliable and this relieves pressure on the family knowing she is seen both early and later in the day when family are not present. Very little help at the moment is needed but this will increase as Mum ages.

My mother suffered from a progressive disease which required intensive care to meet her complex needs. A&M were able meet those needs and more. As well as excellent physical care they gave her emotional support and comfort in the safety of knowing she would see familiar faces every day. She was extremely
fond of her carers who were professional, diligent, cheerful and above all kind.


I should also mention that although primarily there for my mother, A&M were there for us as a family too, extending support whenever it was needed. In fact, they were so supportive that I was able to go away confident in the knowledge that their diligent care included keeping in contact with me. Our mother's wish was to die at home; that she was able to have this wish fulfilled was due in great measure to the high quality care A&M provided and for that we are ever thankful to them.

After my stepfather had an accident he needed help with getting himself ready and also his breakfast etc. A&M Care Services were sent to help with his needs and I must say they were very good and helpful all the time he needed them. I live in Birmingham so they were a great help and I knew he was getting
the care he needed, I couldn’t fault any members of the staff they all went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone who's in need.

I have to say A&M care services have put the smile back on my 90-year-old mother's face.
I had to have the previous company removed. Catching the carers in the pub when they should have been looking after my mom.
The staff that works for A&M go the extra mile and mom looks forward to seeing them.
They
keep her immaculate and contact us immediately if mom requires anything and she is fed properly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

A&M went above and beyond caring for my terminally ill sister. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Nothing was too much trouble. The support they gave to my sister and also to me was overwhelming. They had so much respect and sensitivity to all her needs. I have knowledge of a few care services and

My brother-in-law has got Parkinson’s they assist with showering and helping to dress and make breakfast general care is given. Encourage to do what he can for himself enabling him to remain in his own home for as long as possible.
He’s treated with respect and care he receives is first-class.
